Ho chiesto informazioni riguardo il titolare del conto dove ho fatto i bonifici.
JPNN STRATEGIC OPERATIONS UNIPESSOAL LDA.

Google mi dice possibile truffa. La banca interpellata a quanto pare non intende fare nulla.
La mia banca non riesce ad avere indietro i soldi.
Non so chi denunciare prima.
L'attuale società è ancora attiva, così mi ha risposto una responsabile di banca Santander Totta.

Mon compte est bloqué depuis 3 semaines…

Mon compte est bloqué depuis 3 semaines car je n ai pas mis a jour mes informations annuelles.
Le blocage du compte a ete fait sans m en avoir avisé me laissant son moyen de paiement un samedi!
J ai pris contact avec la ligne assistance qui ne pouvait rien faire pour moi.
Le lundi je contacte mon conseiller a qui j ai envoyé les documents demandés. Et chaque jour, il rajoute un nouveau document, ou mon document n est pas d assez bonne qualité.
Mon dossier complet a present, cela fait 4 jours que les services verifient ma carte d identité ! Et depuis... j attend! Aucune possibilité d utiliser mon compte. Je suis mete de 3 enfants et je n ai aucun moyen de paiement, aucune possibilité de retrait d argent ou de virement bref je suis traitée comme une terroriste! Je n ai jamais vu ca de ma vie. Traiter les clients de cette manière la. C est une honte. Une fois mon compte débloqué je quitte cette banque et je n y mettrai plus jamais les pieds de ma vie.

Unable to resolve your issues

If you don’t have a representative abroad you shouldn’t “Sell” your products for clients who reside outside Portugal. The fact they can’t resolve my issue even through superlinha, it’s appalling. As soon as I get a chance I will be closing down my account. The customer service is atrocious.

Banco muito pouco eficiente que engana…

Banco muito pouco eficiente que engana os clientes com as letras muidinhas. Depois desculpa-se com desculpas esfarrapadas. A evitar. Não sei se os outros são melhores, porque o Banco de Portugal os protege pois é outra cambada...

Santander is a very bad bank!!!

Santander is a bad bank because the management of this bank is not smart and is badly educated!!! They don’t understand the difference between nationality, citizenship and place of birth. They denied me to open the account in Santander bank because I was born in the city of Krasnoyarsk in 1954. Now this city belongs to Russia. At the time of my birth there was no country called Russia! I was born in USSSR! The country that now called Russia was born at the end of 1990 after the collapse of USSR! However, I left the city of my birth at the age of 8 in 1963! After that I lived for 33 years in Belarus before leaving to the USA IN 1996 where I lived for 26 years. I have zero relation to Russia at all! I am a citizen of the USA and I never had a citizenship of Russian Federation that people called just Russia! However, the management of Santander bank didn’t open account for me because they think that I am a Russian and citizen of modern days Russian Federation! They think that if the person was born on the territory that now is Russia - that person is Russian and the citizen of modern Russian Federation! I think the management of the Santander bank is just stupid and badly educated! They don’t understand that place of birth say nothing about the person’s ethnicity nor about person’s citizenship! They don’t understand that person who was born on some territory could be any ethnicity and any citizenship like be Chinese by ethnicity and French by citizenship!!!

If at least something went well in this "bloody" bank ...

It would be better to ask if at least something went well.
A complete lack of professionalism, both online and in an office.
This bank is guaranteed to lead you to nothing but loss of your money anyway.
When opening an account, the bank managers take advantage of the client's trust and don't pronounce all the details, failing to mention the main regular deductions. As a result, the client, trusting the bank without checking the deductions from their account, finds that the account has been "thinned out" in some amount.
Online services don't work; the client is invited to a bank branch, then invited again and again, not even given the opportunity to quickly close the account and withdraw the remaining balance so they can forget about this "bloody" bank forever.

Banco de Barcelos

Banco de Barcelos. Uma miséria. O processo de abertura de conta para a minha empresa já vai em mais de 4 semanas sem qualquer resposta, sem prazos, sem explicações — e com trabalhadores à espera, famílias à espera e um negócio parado por pura inércia.

Já abri contas empresariais noutros países e noutros bancos, algumas em 48 horas. Aqui, após um mês, não atendem chamadas, não devolvem contactos e não existe o mínimo de acompanhamento. Isto não é serviço, é abandono do cliente.

Compreendo que possam existir procedimentos internos e validações, mas isso não justifica a falta de comunicação e de responsabilidade. Em vez de se comportarem como se fossem “as últimas bolachas do pacote”, recomendo que olhem para fora, comparem padrões e percebam que quem sustenta o vosso trabalho são os clientes.

Exijo apenas o básico: uma resposta, um ponto de situação claro e um prazo realista. Sem isso, é inevitável concluir que a prioridade não é servir — é empurrar o problema para o silêncio.

I went to the bank to send a wire…

I went to the bank to send a wire transfer to another country. Their system was not working. They told me to do it on the app. I do not have this option activated so it's impossible. I am paying 7.70€ a month in maintenance fees but I don't get anything in return. Every time I go to a branch there is a problem. They don't offer internet either in most branches. I asked for a credit card once and the teller told me I would get it approved within a week. It never happened. One year later, out of the blue, I received a call from an employee telling me that I was approved for the credit card. I told him 'thanks but no thanks '. What's the point anyway to pay 70€ a year for s bad service and useless credit card. I will close the account as soon as I leave the country. Apparently, nothing is working in Portugal except for or the payment of your taxes and you can only do your declaration online, no other way. Good luck trying to understand the system. You get 0 help ! Even when you pay, you get a lazy service in exchange. They love to take the short cuts in Portugal.

Enviei varios emails para os meus gestores, sem resposta nenhuma. So que recebo o aviso de lido. Estou a dois dedos de encerrar as contas e ir para outros sitios.

Balcão Vilamoura

Tenho dado criticas negativas em geral aos bancos nacionais mas desta ultima vez correu bem acima das minhas espectativas. Note-se que foi devido a ser atendido por a Gestora Ana Cravinho e o Director Nuno Oliveira, ambos communicam entre si muito bem e têm um conhecimento do sistema bancario acima da media, (consultei e pesquisei outros bancos em que o atendimento e consequente resolução de tarefas era fraco em suma uma perda de tempo). Pelo contrario as mesmas tarefas foram resolvidas rapidamente e sem problemas, por a Gestora Ana Cravinho e o Director Nuno Oliveira no Balcão Vilamoura do Banco Santander Totta.

Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud

Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud. I used MB Way. Lost 4900 euros. Santander says basically not their fault. But I know of many folks being easily scammed same way using the MB Way App. Bank does nothing in fact 5 days later then charged another 38 euros for international bank transfer!!! I notified it was fraud and they continue to process the payment. So - don’t use MB Way and don’t bank with Santander.

Não respondem a e-mails.
Não atendem o telefone
Visitando a agência (Júlio Dinis, Porto), estão sempre ausentes e comprometem-se a contatar, o que nunca, e não é exagero! Nunca acontece.
Simplesmente não se consegue interagir com o banco. Só on-line.
São vários momentos com o mesmo resultado

Quando se precisa do banco para…

Quando se precisa do banco para reorganizar, simplesmente não colaboram. Não ajudam os clientes, porque não querem saber. Mesmo com conta domiciliada pela qual pago! Mau demais para ser verdade e não recomendo o banco para coisa nenhuma!

Malo fatal.les falta segurança en mbway. Te regalan por un lado te quitan el doble por el otro lado. Tengo cuenta en 3 bancos y estes me parecia muy bueno pero al final me roban un paston de la cuenta el banco se limpia las manos la justicia lenta. Una cosa mut clara el que hace la puerta de entrada tabien hace la de salida

Ninguém responde aos mails

Ninguém responde aos mails, o sistema funciona mal, constantes avisos de incumprimento errados, a app nada intuitiva. Se não tiver um computador não consegue obter um comprovativo em PDF de um pagamento.
