sat-works.com Reviews

First rate communications prior to installation of my Standard X Starlink system. Included advice on how to prepare for the installation team arrival. Kept me informed of when they would arrive. Friendly team with vast experience of installing the Starlink system. Spent a little time deciding best location to place the dish and how best to fix to my static caravan without the need for drilling holes into the frame. Fast installation and connection of cables to the router inside the caravan. Once installed the team stayed until I had internet. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Sat-works answered my phone call very quickly, gave me an installation date of only a few days later and confirmed everything immediately by email. The installation engineer contacted me as promised, arrived bang on time and completed a neat and effective installation within 45 minutes. Very impressed all round. Thank you.

Our installer was excellent. Got us connected really quickly & explained it all for us.

From the order on line to delivery and installation, everything was great, So easy to order, the delivery was well on time and the delivery guys they were fantastic, knew their stuff and very helpful and tidy, would recommend these guys anytime
Well done

Really great service from booking my slot, to Steven turning up early. Really friendly, efficient guy. Everything fitted quickly and set up with no fuss. Great wifi, would highly recommend.

From ordering the kit to installing everything ran smoothly even though my availability was difficult due to work commitments….. the installer, Robbie, was great called me the day before to let me know a time, turned up early, carried out a check of suitable positions for the dish due to obstacles and chatted about where the router will go, what suits my way of working, chilling to get the best possible reception to phone, MacBook, TV etc… completed the installation and ran me through the App - I cannot recommend highly enough… absolutely superb A+++++

Thank you so much, Dave, for installing my Starlink! ⭐️

The installation was incredibly tidy and clean, and your communication throughout was excellent. I’m so happy with how you set everything up and, most importantly, how you respected my choice of location and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s clear you take great pride in your work, and the whole service was fantastic from start to finish. I really appreciate it — thanks again, Dave! 👏

🚀 Fast, reliable internet at home

Ronnie from Satworks was excellent. Can’t recommend him enough. The whole installation was painless, and Starlink is so much better than the Openreach-based service it replaced.

Stewart was fabulous. Very professional. Had my installation complete in no time.

The bloke who came to fit our starlink setup wasnt actually from sat-works he was a sub contractor, He was very friendly and helpful, we had it fitted at our holiday home, so we walked around discussing where would be best and how we wanted it, He had it up and working in no time. I received a phone call saying that we were booked in for the 21st and I told the lady that we were booked in for the 19th and he was up the ladder as we spoke, so how they had me booked in twice is anyone's guess. But it all got sorted out. The guy who fitted it was called Phil but he sounded like Fred Dibner 😂 I can highly recommend him!

From start to finish the experience was amazing, equipment arrived on time and with in a few days, installation was the arranged for 2 weeks later but I decided to get it up myself and just wait to be installation on the roof. I was amazed with the connect speed and the app was so easy to navigate at straight forward. When the engineer came to mount it, he was very experience and friendly and i took his advice for roof mount, he was very efficient and informed me of each step. Thank you for making everything so easy. Would highly recommend

The installation engineer arrived on time, installed everything quickly and neatly, and was very helpful when I asked questions about the setup. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Perfect. Arrived on time. Made sure I had the right kit before he came. Told me what was going to happen. Advised me but listened to my perspective. Did the job neatly and efficiently. Good banter. Brilliant really.

Very good service and the install was carried out as required highly recommend
