From requesting the install on the Starlink site, Satworks communicated well about the install. The installer was on time and also communicated well about how close they were on the day. The installer went through all the options for the location and for getting it onto my property. Work was quick and clean.

Installation was on the hottest day of 2026. 36C, yet the engineer worked diligently to get us up and running as quickly as he could.

Great installation, installer Simon was great, not a ‘slap it in type’, very thoughtful of how the dish and cables with run would look on our house and great discussion and time spent finding the best option and route.
Installation was carried out with care, level, plumb, clean and tidy.

I was very happy with the installation of Starlink done by Sat-Works. The appointment provided was sooner than the timescale originally provided, and the work was done very neatly. I received useful advice on the system too.

The Starlink was delivered at different times due to stock issues but all arrived within a few days of ordering so was not an issue. The set up using the starlink app was very easy, within a few moments I had a WiFi connection from my lawn of 100mbps faster than any previous WiFi/ Broadband package I’ve ever had by over 60mbps. Satworks engineer arrived almost a week later, again not an issue because the WiFi was working fine from my garage roof where I had moved it. The starlink was fitted to a pole on the corner of my house, by a very friendly and helpful guy. Hard wired with Ethernet cable as well but not required. I cannot fault the installation.

Chris and Andy were brilliant - great communication from the office of what to expect , regular updates on ETA, they came prepared , gave good advice and then installed nicely. I have gone from 5mbs to 200mbs internet in one rural location thanks to them and Starlink

Starlink installation, could not have been more helpful. Jay explained where best to fit the receiver and router and where the wiring would go. The job was completed very neatly and with great attention to detail. Could not ask for better service.

Truly amazed at the speed of the whole process from delivery of equipment through to installation. Can't rate high enough! The engineer was polite and extremely helpful, explained everything in fine detail, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Job was complete within an hour and everything running smoothly again.

The service was nothing but brilliant. Even though their stated service is 14days from request, they sent an engineer out the following day for me, and he was nothing but professional and courteous. The installation is neat and well done.

I paid for professional installation when I ordered Starlink. I completed the form to book the installation with Satworks as soon as I could. They promised to get back to me within 48 hours with an installation date. It's now 9 days and I still don't have a date.

They won't even tell me what their backlog is like or how long it's likely to take to just get a date for installation. I've just been given the brush off.

UPDATED - Someone from Satworks has been in touch to say that the installation will be happening by next Wednesday. It's a shame it took a negative review to spur them into activity, but at least they do now seem to be doing something.

We ordered Starlink, it arrived the next day, we booked a fitting online and got a date to fit the next day! The fitter rang to say he was half an hour away and he arrived on the dot half an hour later. He fitted the Starlink antenna quickly and quietly without any fuss or disruption, he went out of his way to make sure our existing Mesh system was up and running with the new Starlink and explained everything very clearly. We are very happy with the whole process and couldn’t fault anything whatsoever. Thank you for doing a great job! I would highly recommend Sat-works :)
