I went into you're establishment in savannah Tennessee and I seen a scene that made me sick. A employee named Doris had begun to yell at a customer who was apparently a employee as well but they deemed them infront of the employees family. Telling him how much he doesn't do his job or how worthless he was. I do not feel like this is proper behavior for a employee then as I was checking out the same employee ran away from her post without taking my money to talk to a fellow customer that had just walked in the store. I will not be returning to this store and I will take my business elsewhere unless this is delt with. Also this is the second time I have tried to tell you about this employee first time she had a animal in the store that urinated on the floor and laughed about it. Would it recommend go to Walmart

I've had problems with the overpriced, rotten meat there, stopped shopping there after 3 strikes. My overly generous neighbor often surprises me with food despite my insisting he not spend his $$ on me. He bought me chicken legs today, which I promptly cooked (suspicious of their disgusting quality), and even my cat who LOVES chicken wouldn't eat it. My poor neighbor paid over $12 for this garbage!

Save a lot in w cold spring have a bad security officers, the security officer are bias and lack manner of approach.

The pop was $3.25 for a 6 pack bottles, so (4 for 13) same price as kroger on sale but everyday price at save a lot. At the checkout, Shayne was our cashier, I told him the price he rang was wrong, he rang it up $4. each so (4 for 16). I said it's only $3.25 each, he continues to ring it and takes the money from my guy, I said it again, and he still finished the sale and said, it rings up $4, then he reacts very poorly when I ask for the manager. So the manager tries to tell me that Shayne cannot change prices and whatnot and that's the price. I argue that the sign states $3.25 each and I'm not paying more. She goes and checks and reluctantly gave us our change back. I don't need this grief, I think I will rather pay an extra $ or 2 and get it at the Kroger. Very rude group of employees. I use to like saving a lot, bit between their workers and the bad smelling of the store, I will not at all recommend it.

I just wanted to comment on your fairhill whole peeled tomatoes, they are the best of the best standing out from all other brands, I beleave I've tried just about all or close to all brands, your are the best, I eat them straight out the can cold or hot, and they never disappoint, and I love the fact that they say "probuct or USA" on them. I buy them by the case and enjoy them daily, thank you for a great product.

I just wanna say that Save-a-lot used to be good. I used to buy all my meat there but no longer as it smells so bad I can't do it

As the son of a federal meat inspector, I have some insight into unscrupulous meat dept. guys practices. Save a lot meat guys aren't the only ones cheating customers. I'm talking about labeling steaks as T-bone which is actually bone in New York strips. They include one decent one with the filet still attached to the steak and the other with the filet removed. Every time I leave Save-a-lot with steaks, I can't help but feel a little cheated. I envision the meat cutter going home and feeding his cat my missing filet.

I came back to edit with some good about the store. It's the only grocery store within 35 miles from me and it's a small save-a-lot as well so I buy a few steaks there when they offer them reduced like today to $ 4.99 lb. for the one actual T-bone and the New York Strip bone-in. I've found these steaks to be quite good

Went to save a lot this morning bought 2 items went to the register paid in cash was due 96 cents cashier a black guy just closed the register and walked off kept my 96 cents change stuffs expensive as it is I don't get link and every dollar does count save alot on clear lake in Springfield IL

Need to have accurate scanners to use Ucards. I was there today and the cashier could not scan my card, she called the supervisor up and she put me on a different register as there was a whole line of customers behind me waiting to be checked out. The cashier said she was unable to scan any customer cards all day and the supervisor was having the be same problem. Need to fix the syst as it's frustrating to the customer and the cashier. One lady had to leave as she could not pay for the items that she was entitled to get with her Ucards. Many of us were very excited when you started taking these cards, just need to fix the problem. I was shopping at the Hornell, ny store which I always do and want to continue. Please help..

I went to the Save A Lot at 6501 Harvard Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, and was told I couldn’t bring my rolling bag in the store to buy my groceries. I have been shopping with this bag for over a year. When I go to other grocery stores I do not have this problem. Can you help me manager?

Purchased Onion Dip out of the Dairy Cooler on 4/10/24 with a sell by date of 4/18. There was mold inside the sealed container. Sealed containers should not have mold inside. Check anything you purchase!

There are couple foods are not completely sealed or wrapped good. Like hamburger badly wrapped and blood came out a mess. Bacon not completely sealed, top and bottom are lose can peel right off. There are bugs flying over fruits and vegetables too.

I've shopped at my local Savalot for many years. I'm just wondering how much money Kurtz Foods is saving by leaving the insert in the top of their salad dressing bottles. You can no longer squirt out the correct amount and end up wasting a lot of the product. I also read the ingredients and "bioengineered" is listed for some of the ingredients. Saving money and lost a customer.

I just tried your SAL ground coffee, have been a Maxwell House coffee user for a long time, I cannot tell the difference between them. A good coffee a great price.

Before the insane "Greedflation" era that started in mid 2020, Save a Lot wasn't too bad of a place to shop. But with them being sold to private equity several years ago and the new owners using the guise of inflation to raise prices to the moon over the past 3 years, it is now a major rip off to go to Save a Lot. Their food prices now are especially appalling because it is a known fact that Save a Lot buys the rejects from major US food manufactures and sells them as their own brands. And the 2nd & 3rd rate reject food that Save a Lot sells is certainly not worth the 1st rate price that they are now trying to get for it, I mean who do you think you are trying to kid, Save a Lot? For over 15 yrs until 2020 I only shopped at save a lot, but in 2020 I started going to Walmart where I now buy the majority of my food and I only now buy the sales at Save a Lot. Save a Lot your reject food is not worth the price you are now charging for it and it is insulting just how stupid you think people are.

My husband and I recently shopped at the Sav a lot store in Welch West Virginia. I didn’t want to go in because of past bad experiences where we live in Florida. Much to my surprise the store was clean and the meat and vegetable selection was on par with other grocery stores we’ve been to. We will definitely shop there again when we’re visiting family in the area.

Purchased your brand (Mantia’s), frozen Italian Style Garlic Bread....and was so disappointed that the spread on it was barely on there and contained NO taste of garlic what so ever! So deceiving to advertise it this way! Should have stuck to ‘popular’ brands!
