Gone to make a claim as had issues with my car. Took warranty out to cover incase. Apparently you can only make a claim BEFORE you fix it. So don’t fix your car until you’ve spoken to them! Awful... Toon meer

I usually purchase my gap insurance through the dealership until I read that they take a huge amount of commission. I used to pay £399 for a BMW but now pay £134.
They also called me today to check that I was ok and understood everything. The guy who called me was so lovely and friendly. These guys are going to be my go to insurers from now on. Keep up the good work.
