Gone to make a claim as had issues with my car. Took warranty out to cover incase. Apparently you can only make a claim BEFORE you fix it. So don’t fix your car until you’ve spoken to them! Awful... Toon meer

Alloy Wheel Repair
I reviewed this company when I initially took out my Alloy Wheel Policy and, at the time, found it to be 5 stars, mainly due to the assistance I got from Howard. When I took out the policy I didn't think I would ever need to make a claim but unfortunately, as I've previously stated, I had to.
Once again the service and assistance I received from Howard (is he the only one that works there???) was brilliant he talked me through and assisted me with the whole process of organising the company (who themselves were excellent) to visit and make the required repair.
I would have no hesitation in using them or recommending them now or in the future.
Thanks again Howard for your thoroughly professional and polite approach.

Well priced GAP insurance
Well priced GAP insurance, which gave me what I wanted. There was a follow-up call as I had purchased over the internet to ensure I had got the right cover - an FSA requirement.
