Wish I had avoided this car warranty. Had 1 claim for my van that had an abs fault that I got fixed at a local garage because the nearest recommended garage was 20 miles away. I had to wait weeks for that payment to be paid but the next problem was a different matter. After taking the van to their recommended garage I was told that both problems wasn't covered even though I had the boost cover. I'm now over £200 down having to pay for the repairs myself. Apparently there's a long list of exceptions even though I've never seen a copy of these. Looks like a cowboy company that will find any excuse to pay out .

Arranged my warranty with Howard today, great service, great reviews, great price and key no pushy sales persons wanting your money. I spent researching several warranties a lot would not even insure my Maserati and one company quoted 3.5 times the premium with Savemoneyhub. Thank you Howard and keep up the great work !!

I had the misfortune of having to make a claim on my warranty insurance on my car. At first Save Money Hub were helpful but after my car was left waiting for 48 hours in the back yard of a garage whilst the Insurerers tried to make up their minds about paying out or not and six unanswered phone calls from me each with a promise to return the call my claim was rejected on doubtful grounds. The Insurance company subsequently agreed with my contention and eventually placed the work in hand with their chosen garage. The customer care experience throughout was nothing short of awful. Neither Save Money Hub, the go between Prestige Fleet Servicing or Defend Insurance s.r.o. did anything to assist or to encourage my future business.

Very happy with the service from Howard Smith at Save Money Hub. I took out all the policies for my Brand New Bmw 8 Series Convertible. Would Definitely recommend as it was the best price I found on the internet... and you could potentially make a claim after the 1st day of being covered. Many Thanks. Adrian Hibbert

I purchased Alloy Wheels and Scratch & Dent insurance online. I ended up having some IT issues so rang them and got straight through and they were helpful and friendly and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.

Would recommend.

All ok so far. No claims made yet, and hopefully won't need any. Staff seem helpful and prices are reasonable. Less sure about website and admin - website unclear and the process quite vague. It didn't account for me buying a policy a week or so before the new car was delivered and it activated the policy before I asked for it to be started. The 'certificate' PDF that comes with confirmation is OK but carries no particular formatting and looks a bit unprofessional. But its probably quite a small broker.

already had one alloy wheel refurbed from my savemoneyhub alloy wheel insurance. They were a bit slow to arrange the repair but this was partially due to the pandemic. I didn't hear anything for months after logging the claim even though repair shops had opened back up. I had to chase them twice. Apart from this, would recommend.

Good price for 24 months cover and good customer service as I had to ring to clarify a couple of issues.
