This site is okay but the insurance provider that they use is the worst and have no clue about cars and will look for every excuse in the book to not pay out. 3k down paying out on my own pocket and another claim refused which may cost around 2k

Purchased a warranty product from SMH for my car purchase.

Upon purchase they sent me the wrong documentation in the wrong name, I got that changed, but it required several phone calls.

A year later I’ve done everything I’ve had to, jumped through every hoop, hopped ever barrier to get a £350 wear and tear claim approved by Defend Insurance Holdings for my car yet they continue to deny the claim for no valid reason.

Simply AVOID using this website or Defend Insurance Holdings.

Very simple and easy to use online, ended up going for all their products just to be on the safe side an had a fab deal. Did have a call from their lovely sales guy Howard the next day due to a small error, which he helped resolve quickly and easily and all sorted. Hoping never to need it, can can't for sure say as yet what star rating I'd given if and when I do, but for now... 5 star all the way.
