I was expecting something different than a little can with a twist lid. The scent was OK it lasted about 1hr . Not for me thanks.

Absolutely garbage service. Its been almost a month since i payed and its still not here. Good luck, i wouldnt suggest this for anybody. Scentbird doesnt have the best cologne but atleast you get it on time.

I've tried other scent services and they are the best so far. I'm really happy with the scent I've received and what really sold me was the 1 exchange per month (I do the 1 scent per month plan). I feel like I'm not taking any risks especially when we all are on a tight budget. I also have been extremely happy with the customer service so far, very kind and I feel like I'm actually talking to real people. Highly recommend!

I had a couple hiccups at first, but there’s no better scent service than ScentBox. They make it easy to try new scents, and exchange them if needed. The atomizers are the best I’ve seen, and I’ve had no problems traveling with them either. There’s a whole lot of scents available, including niche houses.

I have had a subscription for a few months now. I was happy until this months scent was “out of stock”. Received an initial email saying they would receive their shipment of the scent “any day now” and that I would still have me package of two scents per month before the 7-10 business days promise date. I emailed after that deadline came and went asking if I could switch my scent since it was so delayed. I received an obvious cut and paste response from Customer Service. It’s now been 14 business days since ship date and nothing. At this point I will receive next months scents before Septembers.

I loved scentbox to begin with, but after today I love them even more. My sample opened and emptied itself in my purse. I emailed them about it, and they got back to me within an hour and offered to send a replacement. It was way easier than I thought it would be, and I’m very impressed with their customer service. I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Love it, I also tried ScentBird and quickly canceled that subscription, customer service was way better with ScentBox and ice enjoyed my scents and customer service experience! My wife and I both have our own subscription and love how we can edit and chose which fragrance we get first in our line up

The introductory price is great. They have huge variety of top end perfume. They take the time to actually email you. Not an automated email. We've had a few corosponadace . I only wish they supplied Gucci Premier .

The packaging is amazing on this box.I loved the scent, but they put in a note saying they do exchanges. That is amazing.

The subscription is fairly priced , there is a lot of perfume selections , and the quality of the perfumes that I have received this far are great. Per their customer service, they should be launching an app soon which will take the customer experience to a new level.

ScentBox helped me out so much! About 2 years ago I was really dreading on what colonges to pick and I just couldn't decide. Then one day I came across this add on my Facebook feed and it was ScentBox the add was something like can't decide what fragrances to choose get random colonges sent to your house every month with a subscription plan chose from 1 fragrance to 3 fragrances a month. Right away I took to Google and YouTube and did my research and came across this YouTube channel talking about how he loves his scents that gets sent to him every month with a low price thats affordable. And with many designer fragrances to choose from. So I went to ScentBox.com choose my references and how many fragrances I want a month and ever since then it's been such amazing! Now I never gotta worry about choosing which colonges to order or smelling the same for months. I'm telling you ScentBox.com is the place to visit for your fragrances.

After receiving my first fragrance at the half price promotional rate, I was HOOKED anddd immediately ran to my account to change my monthly premium subscription to the 2 a month plan. 😆 🤣 😂 The smell was amazing and as fragrant as I remember it to be. I started with a scent I'm familiar with and it's just as I expected. Thank you Scent Box! My calendar is full and I'm already excited to receive my next 2 scents. 2 came today and I'm in loooove!

This company is ridiculous, I have a membership/subscription and I received my scent and sprayed it the first day I got it, noticed the bottle it came in was coming apart and went to use it again and as I was turning it up the top part came off and no product came out and there was such a strong smell of perfume like it was leaking so I just left it in the box. So I reached out to the company within a few days or so of getting it and was told the fragrance wasn't in stock anymore so I picked another one which was over 10 days ago and I emailed them again and was told it's still processing and I would have to wait 3 to 10 days for shipping. By the time I get it I will have gotten my other subscription. Totally unacceptable. I can't imagine it takes 2 or more weeks to process an order and ship it. I even offered to return the product that was sent to me so they can see it was defective and had nothing in it. I mean come on really what's the point in paying for something you don't get and then have to wait even longer for a replacement.

Horrible customer service. I canceled before my payment was coming out, they proceeded to charge my account even after I canceled. I emailed them letting them know it was a mistake on their end, they were so rude and didn't want to even hear my side. I told them to not send the package and after over 15 emails back and forth they just keep replying with the same message. "we will not be able to refund the current charge and you will receive your August shipment."

I purchased the platinum pack which is the most expensive and clearly directed as the cerebrally challenged customers such as myself who believed the service actually supplied the fragrances. I now understand this is an expensive VR game where you ‘really pay’ for a pretend service. I had to change my card due to being the victim of fraud. I got a message that the acc was updated and my money was taken but no fragrance arrived. I sent an email and received an informal response that was accusatory and rude. I then was told in another response that there was a supply issue. They then tried to shift my orders around which I did not want… I want the fragrances on the month I chose. This was too much to ask and 3 months in I smell the same as I did in may. My money has not been refunded as I clearly misunderstood the premise behind the business. Personally, I dont see the long term appeal of planning what fragrances I could hypothetically wear for the next 12 months. However there is a plus side which is why I awarded a generous 2 as it really should get 0. To those those of you that are fans of the pay2plan model I am launching car box next week. We have 3 tiers. ‘Family on a budget’, ‘Young Executive in debt’ and ‘Professional Athlete’. Depending on the package you choose you can pay £1,000 a month to imagine you ordered a new underpowered MPV every month. Spend £2000 - £5000 a month on a turbo charged hatch all the way up to an m3 or choose the £15,000 a month pack that allows you to pretend to order a sports car, luxury sedan or range topping SUV. If you want to order 2 or 3 cars a month… just pay as 2 or 3 times as much and we will allow you to log into our members area, we affectionately call ‘The Garage’ allowing you to send your friends your 12 month hypothetical car forecast. For those of you committing to £25,000 a month or more we will send you a £20 uber token valid for 6 months. Looking forward to my venture and thx to scentbox for introducing me to the pay2plan concept.

The scent variety, customer service, quick delivery, and timely ordering make this company one to want to do business with. I love this way to try new scents without committing to to the full price bottles.

Scentbox is the best Subscription. I ever did They have never Fail me There analyzers is good quality and you get Designer perfumes and new color analyzers every month and the perfume always smells good. I love the fact that you can buy full size bottles on secntbox website And get points towards full size bottles. I Like the fact that They have other self care products You can get Every month And not just Perfume. i just bought a full size bottle for the first time called burberry brit. And I got $25 and $16. Off the full size bottle from the original piece 110 the packaging, and the bottle Is very good quality. I definitely highly recommend this subscription.
