Ware kam irgendwo aus Rumänen
Ware kam irgendwo aus Rumänen, daher die längere Lieferzeit. Parfums aber top und Probenbehälter gut verarbeitet.
Was allerdings gar nicht geht, irgendwo während des Bestellvorgangs hat man mich für eine 19.90€ monatliche Subscription (Scento+) angemeldet was mir nicht bewusst war und ich mich auch nicht erinnern kann die Einwilligung dafür geben zu haben. Geht gar nicht.

Scento+ è un'opzione chiaramente indicata accanto all'acquisto come ospite: le condizioni di prova e mensili sono mostrate nel carrello e di nuovo al checkout, prima di qualsiasi pagamento. Un abbonamento non può attivarsi senza completare un checkout in cui tali condizioni sono state presentate, e la disdetta si effettua in autonomia dalle impostazioni dell'account, senza bisogno di scrivere a nessuno.

Complete absence of customer service
Complete absence of customer service: it took one month for the order to arrive (indicated delivery 5-7 days). I needed to write to customer support to understand what is going on with my order, where I get dismissive reply, that one of the items is out of stock. If that so, why it’s not indicated on the website? Why no one contacted me just to advise, that they are out of stock? I strongly do no recommend this website. Disappointing.

Commande passée le 30 Juillet , nous sommes aujourd'hui le 07 Août et la commande na toujours pas changé de statut . Elle nest meme pas en traitement.
Jai envoyé un mail au service client pour leur demander quand est ce que ma commande sera prise en compte ( il y a dedans un cadeau ) , aucune réponse du service client.

Bestellung vor zwei Wochen, Ware immer noch nicht versendet. Auf Nachricht an den Kundenservice keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Sie werben dafür, dass sie die Ware kurzfristig verwenden und der Kundendienst innerhalb von 24h reagiert. Absolut nicht.

Der Duft ist sehr langanhaltend, leider funktioniert bei einem Flakon der Zerstäuber nicht. Die Lieferung hat viel länger gedauert als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Ansonsten ist das Parfüm sehr gut.

A scam. Your experience will be lies, lies and more lies.
Update :
I will not reply to this nonsense reply recieved that says everything I've been hearing for the last 3 weeks.
Now they've stopped responding to my emails. I've written 6 and also contacted them on the website chat.
NO ANSWER.
Your trustpilot rating speaks for itself and I should've kept that in mind. My fault.
The more I've dealt with this company, the more I'm convinced that it is a scam run by someone from a basement.
My order was terribly delayed with no reply to any emails asking for info.
When I asked to cancel since the delivery window was missed, I received a mail saying your order is already sent with a tracking number and address that wasn't mine.
Upon pointing this out, I received another mail apologising, logistics problems etc etc and an offer for refund or wait.
I opted for refund and have had no reply again to repeated emails.
Today I again received a mail apologising, logistics problems blah blah and wanted me to wait, they would give ve me a gift voucher etc etc.
I refused and asked for my money back for the third time.
2 hours layer, another mail from the same person saying orders already been sent.
An absolute lie since their website shows my order is still in process.
Long story short
They tell you the items you want are available.
A lie.
They will tell you they will arrange delivery with 2-3 days.
A lie.
They will tell you they are there to support you incase of issues.
A lie.
They will tell you they're ready to refund you.
A lie.
My first purchase was missing a bottle cap and one of the bottles wasn't even full.
I'm waiting for their last reply before I dispute the charges with my bank and sue them in the European consumer court.
Do not bother with this scam company, there are way better and professional alternatives out there.

Dont trust their delivery time…
Dont trust their delivery time bullshit, they say orders are handled in 1 working day which is not true at all.
UPDATE (based on answer): for me it took 3 working days to process order. I have also contacted customer support for which I did complain about this - my complain was fully ignored and answer was just that "we did now deliver it".

I placed two orders, and you charged me for a subscription without my consent. I emailed you requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response. This is completely unacceptable.
As for the perfumes, their longevity does not justify the price.

Scento+ is a clearly labelled option shown alongside the standard pay-as-guest choice, and its trial and monthly terms appear in the cart and again at checkout before any payment is confirmed. A membership cannot activate on an account without completing a checkout where those terms were displayed. It can also be cancelled at any time in your account settings, with no email needed.
Refund requests are handled by our support team, and our response times have been slower than usual under a high volume of enquiries. Please write to support@scento.com with the email address used for your orders so your request can be processed in line with our policy — and do check your spam folder, where our replies sometimes land.
On longevity: skin chemistry, ambient temperature, and testing conditions significantly influence how a fragrance develops and is perceived.

Suprisingly good!
I was very surprised with the ease of my experience. All of the perfumes I wanted to sample bar one were in the sortiment. I was offered an additional wild card sample. The process was easy, the delivery took a little longer than I expected (which is why only four not five stars) but was still ok. The scents were well packaged. I am happy :)

A quanto pare questo è l'unico modo per ottenere informazioni riguardo al mio ordine. Ho effettuato l'ordine il 26/07 per una serie di profumi da 2ml, ma ad oggi lo stato risulta ancora "confirmed" e non è nemmeno stato processato, nonostante venga indicato un tempo di consegna di 2-3 giorni. Ho già inviato una mail per richiedere informazioni, ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Vi prego di fornirmi aggiornamenti in merito. Grazie

It’s my second scento order. My first order (portrait of a lady) came in a beautiful little case, fitting the 8ml sample. This time I just received the two glass samples, one of which was leaching. This has been my last order. For the price I’m expecting a bit more of attention and care for the product.

Hab meine Bestellung von 147€ am 23.Juli aufgegeben und bezahlt. Geld wurde abgebucht doch bis jetzt 04.August wurde meine Bestellung laut Status auf der Website weder Processed noch Versendet. Auf Anfragen zu meiner Bestellung über Whatsapp wurde nicht geantwortet. Sollte bis Mitte August meine Bestellung nicht ankommen, seh ich mich gezwungen über meine Bank/Käuferschutz mein Geld zurückzuholen.

I am very disappointed with my order
I am very disappointed with my order. I never received an invoice, even though I contacted customer support about it, and I still have not received a response.
The perfumes were also delivered without their original boxes, just packed in a simple bag, which looks very unprofessional. The packaging of the perfume bottles themselves feels cheap and raises concerns about their authenticity.
Because of the missing invoice, the poor packaging, and the lack of customer support, I am left wondering whether the products are genuine or counterfeit.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in this seller, and I cannot recommend buying from them.

On authenticity: all fragrances are sourced exclusively from authorised European distributors with full batch traceability, and we can provide the sourcing documentation for your specific order. As a decant atelier, we prepare fragrances in Scento's own vials and atomisers — retail outer boxes are not part of the decant format, which is what allows discovering a fragrance without committing to a full bottle.
On the invoice: one can be issued for any order. Please write to support@scento.com with your order number to request it together with the sourcing documentation — our response times have been slower than usual, so do also check your spam folder, where our replies sometimes land.
