Ordered items of uniform weeks ago. Have tried to get a supply date by contacting info@ and there area manager by email with no luck at all on several occasions.

Wanted to.put no stars. I ordered uniform almost a month ago. Not arrived. Apparently evri has now misplaced it. I asked for refund apparently they have sent a refund by PayPal. I paid by MasterCard not PayPal and they don't have my PayPal details. What a rubbish company. I will be ringing trading standards tomorrow

The delivery took ages for it to delivered. Poor

School Trends have a whopping 904 negative 1 star reviews which is more than double the entire total of their other reviews. There answer phone message (number 0114 251 2501 which they won’t publish) this morning stated due to lock down they weren’t taking calls. Strangely this has now changed to “following great feedback” they are now operating an email service. The bare faced BS spouted by this Company who think they can hold customers to ransom because they are on school procurement lists. I am speaking to my school about removing them and invite you to so the same. Parents should not have to put up with such terrible service because there’s no choices. There is always a choice.

I placed an order for 3 embroidered sweatshirts over a month ago and have had 0 updates or correspondence. How hard is it to use a machine that embroiders uniform for you? We are in week 9 of school!

This company was recommended by the school however I will be advising they sever ties as I’ve never seen such incompetent service. Uniform costs enough as it is - stop taking advantage of parents.

I do not like that the uniform does not go in the tumble dryer. The order also took a long time and arrive. I was also disappointed I have to pay for home delivery rather than it being free back to the school.

Good quality though it takes quite a long while

Jumpers are really bad quality compared to the supermarkets.
Only after a few weeks they have shrank in the wash and bobbled really badly.
I'd expect this after months of ware, not 5 weeks

I had a great experience, received updated emails on my product and it have ahead of time. Would be ordering again in the future.

I placed an order on the 13th sept we are now on the 19th oct and it’s still in production which means in a queue to have logo applied, so still nowhere near to be dispatched or even delivered, this is absolutely ridiculous when it says allow 28 days for delivery,

Ordered school uniform on 14th September, still haven't had it on the 16th October. Said delivery within 28 days. Ignoring my emails and no phone number to ring. Don't use this website!

Trust me I would give this company zero stars if I could and still write a review!

It’s been 40 days since my order was placed and still no idea when/if it will arrive and the only way you are able to contact this company is through email and no one ever responds. Fortunately my sons uniform isn’t compulsory so he has been able to go to school but it does not excuse the fact that I am £70 out of pocket.

I advise if you are able to order your children’s uniform from a different supplier then you absolutely should and steer clear of SchoolTrends. It’s appalling how you treat your customers and I myself will never order from them again.

This should be zero stars, I’ve genuinely never had such poor service. We’re in week 7 now since I ordered uniform from School Trends. 3 dispatch dates have passed & still the order is in ‘Production’ on their website. There is no available phone number anywhere & emails are going unanswered. I’d suggest no one places an order with this company, they’re clearly in difficulties and I fear I’ve lost my £90.

Should have no stars! Been waiting 7 weeks for uniform. No contact number so have to email. They replied when I messaged them 3 weeks after order and said I’ll have it by the end of the 28 days. Since that has long gone, and nearly 7 weeks, no reply, my order status says it’s in production. Annoying as it’s branded uniform so no where else to buy it. Absolutely disgusting!

Would rate this a 0 if that was an option. I ordered my daughters school uniform the 19th July and it still has not arrived. I ended up having to go elsewhere to buy her uniform the week before school started. I have emailed over 10 times now, no response. I have tried calling and it gets sent to an automated line. I doubt I'll ever receive my order and I've wasted £100 which I'll never get back. If anyone has successfully has a response, can you explain to me how?! 3 months down the line, no uniform. Will never order from here again and have asked the school to take them off the recommended providers as they clearly are scamming people and do not run a trusted business.

Placed my order 22 August received it October. Got sent emails it was out for dispatch then at the decoration team then at the picking team then they stopped replying to my emails. Avoid do not order from this company. My order number was TP_792036_516606 so it can be checked. Avoid Avoid. You have been warned.

Quick besides the beginning of a new school year. All fine!
