Don’t believe these 5* reviews as it’s blatantly staff from the company writing reviews for themselves. Reason why I know they are fake is because the last review said about customer service and helping them over the phone. 1st of all they don’t even have a customer phone line. You try to email them and the emails come straight back because their mailbox is full so they clearly aren’t responding to people within two 2 days as they aren’t even opening them for their mailbox to be that full and rejecting any further emails. I tried to contact through Instagram but they don’t accept message requests, I tried through the enquire button and heard nothing. All the comments on their Instagram photos are turned off because they know how many unhappy customers would be leaving comments in a desperate attempt to get in touch. I placed my order during the summer holidays, got a confirmation email saying to please allow 21 days even though it will probably be before. Monday is the 21st day and my son starts in Tuesday, only today my order moved from processing to picking which means it hasn’t even gone into production yet for the logos, so no way will I have my uniform on time. What’s the biggest joke is that since I have returned to the website they then added a banner on their website saying “it’s not too late to place your order, we are open all summer” which means they have been encouraging people to place an order since my order, full well knowing people wouldn’t get it on time. Sham of a company and I’ll be having a stern word with my sons new school about referring this company to parents to buy their uniform. My son is starting a whole week later than all the other schools in our area so the fact it still won’t be here by the time he starts is unbelievable.

Writing this review in an attempt at getting a response as I can’t seem to get one via email!
Ordered daughter’s school jumper in the middle of August. Tried contacting twice, first email no response, second email had an auto response saying that this companies email inbox is full therefore the email can’t be sent! What kind of operation is this?
No telephone number to call, no response from emails and no contact after confirmation email. Their 21 day timescale is approaching if not past! I just want to know how much longer I can expect to wait?
Personally, judging by experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend this company. There are two companies that provide uniform for my daughter’s school and it would seem I picked the wrong one.
If you order something from a company the least you expect is either a customer service contact number or a response to emails.

We placed an order 42 days ago. 3 emails which they haven't answered, 3 phone calls which they didn't phone back after saying they would. School starts in days, crock of shxt.
The above picture is the delivery company they used, showing a supposed attempted delivery. Do not buy from these people.
Thanks for reaching out! You have refunded my money already. However that doesn't excuse the incompetence of what happened.

Ordered a school bag for my child's first school. Prompt dispatch but was unfortunately stolen upon delivery (not SchoolTrends fault).
Contacted their customer services to explain the situation and they had no issues in sending a replacement free of charge. My child was happy when they new school bag arrived and is now even more excited for their new school.

Again No Delivery and it has been 21 days. Same thing happened last summer and I thought it might be due to high volume of summer orders, however this time round there really is no excuse!
Do not buy from this company. I ordered school sweatshirts in August and still do not have them. They assured me they'd be despatched 26th of October and still no sign. I wouldn't give them any stars but unfortunately that's not an option. The weather is very cold now and my daughters are without any sweatshirts for school. Terrible company!

Ordered school shirts on 5th September. I am writing this review on 31st October with no shirts and despite school trends saying they would refund my money on the 17th October, still no refund and no communication. A terrible company to deal with.
Absolutely shocking! I placed an order for two polo shirts 19/09/23 and was told to allow 21days for delivery. I contacted them on day 29 by email and Instagram as there was no sign of any polo shirts and as I did not receive any response, I had to go and buy the polo shirts somewhere else that weekend. Then, 6 days after I sent my email, I finally get a reply that my order will be sent in the next 7 days! I replied immediately and said as they have breached their own terms due to the ridiculous delay, the items are no longer required and I want a refund. I then received a dispatch confirmation and again emailed immediately saying these are no longer required - unsurprisingly, they have not had the courtesy to respond. I will be contacting our school to ensure this company is no longer recommended as a supplier so that hopefully no-one else will have to deal with such a shambolic, frustrating excuse of a company!!
Ordered items 38 days ago. Products still haven’t arrived. Was told to expect 28 days turn around time for logoed products. However I was then told the polo shirts were out of stock after I chased them up after 28 days. Also told when chased up that the items had been dispatched on day 31… they still haven’t arrived. Trying for a refund.
Edited: Items did arrive the day after writing this review. Products were of satisfactory quality.
Disgusting! No items, no stock, had to buy another set of uniform and didn’t get a refund for this. Claim they sent a refund through paypal when I paid through credit card and don’t have paypal. Been ignored from there. I will be ringing trading standards as imagine how many parents they are leaving out of pocket,
If I could give a zero rating I would Shocking company had to wait so long for product that my child had already gone back to school lucky for me we had a heatwave and he didn’t need the jumper tried emailing to find out when it would arrive and all I got back was couldn’t tell me but it would be by the 8th 😞 not bad considering my child went back on the 6th and that it was a busy time of the year..yes I understand stand but you as a company would also know that and surely make provisions for that will not use again
All of a sudden You can no longer call customer service, no telephone number advertised you have to email which an email was sent 2 weeks ago and no response. Funny 48hr response. Shambles and I will be discussing with our school governors about changing from this supplier when the procurement process begins again. Shame on school trends.
Defo needs a change in management maybe some people that actually care and are able to organise their work force. You treat us parents with such discontent think you forget School trends we pay you for a service not you paying us for a service. Get real!
Delivery time frame was stated, but even made to order nearly 4 weeks was a little extreme.
Order has arrived - the sleeves on the jumper are so out of proportion for an 11/12 year old it's unreal. I'd estimate the sleeve length would be suitable for 7/8 at best.
Will be returning for a refund.

Although I was initially sent the wrong items, customer services were amazing (Linda and Dawn) and were quick to reply to ensure that the correct items would get to me in time for the start of term!
I placed at an order at the end of May for two jumpers and one t-shirt, all logo'd. It said online 21 days delivery and I hadn't received any email by this time, so I emailed to chase. They told me they've got supplier issues with the product, but will send it out as soon as they have it. I asked when this would be but they just said it will be soon but we can't say when. I cancelled the order and got a refund, but if they're experiencing delays then this should be on their website before you order. Judging by the other reviews, it's not uncommon! I would not use again and I don't think my local school should promote to use them either!
Amazing easy process from start to finish.
Slight changes to our design was responded to almost immediately, nothing was too much trouble.
Dispatched was estimated up to 21 days, but they came much much quicker.
All emails responded to extremely fast and dealt with.

I ordered some sweatshirts for my son, which from his previous school he was a 32. But with these they come out too small. So I sent back, absolutely no issue what so ever! Handled perfect and was refunded pronto! Thank you for being so fast!
I received the wrong product-however! They were so quick to reply and really fast to send out what I originally ordered. Mistakes can happen in life, but the way it was dealt with by customer services was really impressive and remedied quickly and efficiently.
