Scorpion shoes, my third time buying from these guys and have always had a good service, with only a slight hiccup that wasn’t necessarily there fault, the postal service kept an item I had ordered a little longer than expected only by a day but having opted for next day delivery, yeah the postal service messed up. I know these things happen and after speaking with scorpion shoes they reimbursed me the postal fee in full which was great. Anyway shoes arrived and I can’t fault them having exactly what I wanted the price was good and service on a whole was top notch and of course I will be using them again in the future as I’ve already seen something I’d like.

Good selection at great prices and when royal mail messed up delivery one call to Daut and evrything got sorted with regular updates as promised, happy customer will be returning in future

Must admit I’d never heard of Scorpion shoes and stumbled across them whilst searching for a particular Camper shoe… ordered 2 different colours in the same style - received quickly and the shoes are perfect and got them at a reduced price - win / win!

Fast delivery and great custimer service when I had a query

I purchased a pair of shoes and after around two months of normal use, I noticed a defect developing. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly, clearly explaining the process and providing a return label.

Due to personal circumstances, I needed several weeks before I could send the item back, and they were patient and understanding throughout. Once they received the return, it was inspected promptly, accepted without unnecessary friction, and a replacement was issued quickly.

Communication was clear, the process was fair, and the service was consistently professional and helpful. Overall, an excellent customer experience.

Excellent service with updates on order and competitive prices

I cannot fault this company. I ordered from them years ago, and again recently. Both times, they had the boots I really wanted, cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered late at night, and by the time I woke up the next day, my order had already shipped! The personalised handwritten note was a nice touch :) 5* for the whole experience and I love my boots. Will buy from them again x
