Came across this company when the trainers I was after were out of stock elsewhere. Always a bit wary online, so checked trustpilot first. My experience has lived up to the 5 star reviews. Shoes arriv... Toon meer

Arrived in poor condition in bag and…
Arrived in poor condition in bag and actual shoe box was obliterated which was disappointing as the were a present so a disappointment for the recipient having them turn up in a battered box
But that’s all too late now as they had to be gifted and couldn’t get a replacement in time
Below statement about working with me is untrue
At no point has a resolution been come to

Antwoord van Scorpion Shoes
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are so sorry again that the courier damaged the shoe box during transit, especially since we know these were a special birthday gift. We always want our packages to arrive in pristine condition.
As soon as you let us know about the damaged packaging, we wanted to make things right for you immediately. We offered a few solutions to help, including a free return for a full refund.
Since you needed to keep the shoes in time for the birthday, we worked closely with you to find an alternative. We were pleased to agree on a custom resolution that you were happy with, which we processed immediately so you could keep the gift.
We truly hope your daughter had a wonderful birthday, and we are continuing to work closely with our delivery partners to ensure our parcels are handled with the care they deserve.
Warm regards,
The Customer Support Team
Have bought Rivieras shoes before
Have bought Rivieras shoes before, but the sizing is erratic. I get the same size 43, but they fit great or like this pair pinch . As they are suede I am wearing them in the house trying to break them in.

Easily a 5 star experience
I bought a pair on eBay, and it was so comfortable and lovely, that I chose to take advantage of the 20% off coupon in the box and purchased another pair directly. Dispatch was fast and even the show box is lovely, with a personal touch writing on the “thank you for your order” card.
All in all, a very pleasant buying experience.

Great prices…….great service
Discount on the list price of the Teva sandals I ordered was the initial attraction, they were then dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail with free delivery. Sandals were as described. The website was easy to navigate. All in all a faultless service and I would definitely use again.

Fantastic shopping experience A+++
Fantastic shopping experience, and I will be buying again!
The item was incredibly priced given the RRP of these things, and also the delivery and returns policy is incredibly generous.
I also got a hand written note as a thank you which is a very nice touch 👌🏽.
Thank you!!!!

You can always judge a business when things go wrong. I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit. The returns process was so slick and the refund was prompt. I would definitely use them again.

Scorpion Shoes = 100/10
Ordered shoes from Scorpion Shoes as my sale from another company was apparently cancelled. They had my size and style. The shoes arrived promptly and there were no issues from start to finish with the order. I especially loved the handwritten thank you note. That made the experience even more special.
