Noreen Hutchinson was extremely helpful and kept me abreast at all times with the status of my RTC claim. Noreen is very knowledgeable and that translated into confident, realistic and supportive communications both by phone and by email. Having an efficient and practical approach in legal negotiations is key, and my experience with Noreen enjoyed a seamless and supportive client relationship and positive outcome with my claim settlement. I highly recommend Minister Law Scotland, especially Chiara Foster. After I was hit by a car while riding my motorbike, Chiara was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.

She handled everything professionally, including pursuing my claim against the other driver's insurance and helping with the injury claim. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions, and made what was a very stressful experience much easier to deal with.

Good overall experience. Any question I had were answered in a professional manner and in layman’s terms which was great. Only negative I would add is that at times responses were sometimes more than 24 hours later and I found that at times I was chasing for updates and only found out what the updates were after chasing, finding that updates had been in for days to a week with no communication until I chased.
