Friendly and helpful staff
The girls are Minster Law Scotland are all really friendly and helpful. I put in an accident claim for myself and my children and was kept informed the whole way through. The claim was settled quickly and easily. Lucia was my main point of contact and kept in touch throughout the whole process.

Fantastic service
Olivia from Minister Law got in contact with myself very quickly after my car accident. She had a very professional and helpful manner in supporting me after my accident. I was very thankful for the quick organisation of my physio therapy from the company and they have been excellent in dealing with my accident so far.

Brian was great!
Brian was really helpful - explained things clearly, was friendly, happy to discuss on the phone instead of email if needed. The process took a long time due to the other side of the insurance issue but he definitely made it as smooth as I think it could have been and as low stress as possible to get the resolution.
