There was good contact from the point of our initial enquiry onwards and all questions and concerns were answered. The start to end process was good and we receive prompt replies when submitting items for posting on the site during development.
Staff were helpful. We are pleased with the website design.

I recently used Scout Websites, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The service, unfortunately, seemed quite slow, especially when addressing basic issues, which took more time than expected. Additionally, there was a feeling of rush in the emails sent, with some containing incorrect group names. The lack of communication throughout the process was also disappointing. However, once these issues were rectified, I found the site to have a compelling and appealing design. While there were challenges, the ultimate outcome left a positive impression.

As a more elderly user of the website, my skills working with a website is not great but the support given by scout-website ensures an affective web-site which servers our need ensuring we do not just looking like a another plain scout website.

We started to work with Josh and team at Scouts website almost a year ago with the view to launch our website in the spring. All was done immaculately and our wonderful website launched on time

Scout Websites have worked well for us, having limited knowledge for setting up web site they were able to explain in English what was needed to get the site up and running. Now online and receiving joining enquiries already, in fact 1st enquiry 30 minutes after site went live.

We have recently had a one page website created in order to support our fundraising and sharing opportunities with our local community. The website looks great and it was easy to work with the team at Scout Websites. We have had 5 requests for new members since the website was launched just a short time ago and we plan on expanding the website in the future. We have printed the website and linked QR code onto business cards which will we use to try and recruit more adults in the autumn. We would highly recommend.

We have been using our Scout Website for a few months now. The setup was comprehensive and we've been really impressed with the site since it was launched. Great customer care and a reasonable price too :) Would recommend to any and every scout group needing a new website.

This was the easiest process to get my district website up and running, the communication was excellent even during the pandemic. The interaction with the designer was easy and training in operating wordpress so we could make changes, even when we made a mistake Tom was always on hand to guide us through our mistake and guide us to fix.

As the first US group to work with Scout Websites, we knew there would be some barriers to overcome. BSA branding is completely different from the typical UK scout unit, therefore, for Scout Websites to undertake such a project was going to require a lot more time and work.

However, none of us could have predicted the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19. We are a small troop in Olathe, KS and we struggled the last couple of months. But, regardless of our setbacks and delays, the team over at Scout Websites remained accomodating and went above and beyond to help in every way they could.

The results were nothing short of phenomenal and I doubt you will find another team of similar professionalism and experience when it comes to getting scout groups virtually established. Thank you Scout Websites!

Our website had aged and in looking to update it we wanted to ensure it would automatically support all scouting guidelines on templates, logos, policies, safeguards etc etc so using the scout website support strategy seemed the obvious place. We were assigned an individual person that supported us throughout. `Through a project support tool we feed our support Amelia reams of materials we wanted to launch with such as photo galleries, news reports, welcome packs, Scout group history, Contact info all wrapped up in a Scouting graphics that make it immediately obvious it is part of an official scouting site. Good support throughout and we now have a great website which is a great resource to point people to and also for people to find us by and to use for both recruitment and publicity

Scout websites were amazing! We never had a website before and had no idea where to started they have been so helpful from the minute i got in touch right up until our website going live last week. They have also sent lots of information to support the site going forward and have made themselves available for any questions we may have even after the site going live. Basecamp was used to share all the information needed with them and this was super easy to use. I'd like to say a massive thank you to the entire team but Amelia was who i dealt with the most she is super nice and helpful.

I worked with Tom and Amelia from Scout Websites to get our new website up and running. They have been extremely patient with us and have guided us every step of the way, with fantastic results.
