I paid for express delivery and my meds were not delivered until the next day. If it would not have been for the pharmacy catching the delivery company's error, I would have waited three (3) days before I got my medicine. I was so sick and sleep deprived from coughing but was willing to cancel the delivery and risk a trip to the pharmacy. The PHARMACY helped. The next time I am a sick, I will risk it and drive to the pharmacy and pick up my own meds. This delivery company is awful.
Safeway Pharmacy on MORRISSEY BLVD Santa Cruz CA delivery driver today on March 30,2026 was on time, competent, and friendly. She did a great job!
Horrible experience. FedEx was supposed to deliver my meds with next-day shipping but they lied about attempts to deliver and then kept it hostage for 4 days while I suffered. Nobody cares whether you live or die. Horrible company, horrible quality. Never use them.
Got texts that Kaiser Permanente medicine would be delivered between 4pm and 9pm. 701 pm got a text it was delivered and asked for feedback.. No medicine in locked mailbox, nothing in the gated yard and no gate call doorbell ring. Text asked for feedback. One question rating service. No feedback box. Poor communication and still waiting for delivery. Update: checked mailbox again empty. Pulled open drop unlocked shoot and medicine was sitting in it. Not a problem with bulk, easily would have dropped down. Problem was with delivery person not caring if anyone opened the box shoot to steal my meds.

My script got sent to Arizona and i live in California
It took over a week or more to get which caused me pain.
Driver Spanish couldn't read English well. So couldn't, I suppose, when I texted how to find us. Husband went looking for her. We are apt dwellers so I do understand finding might be difficult. But to be told they don't have but a limited time to find and deliver, especially rx, is to much pressure. She left my meds at #1040 not 1042. Lucky my husband saw her and found meds.
First driver had a flat tire. He was texting me without identifying who he was in poor English instead of Kroger Pharmacy & even asked me how to cancel delivery. I told him to contact his company. I called Kroger Pharmacy & they were able to request new delivery. Luckily 2nd delivery was ok but my delivery was delayed. I felt as if the first driver was blaming me for his flat tire & expecting me to fix his problem. Luckily he has not picked up my prescription.
The driver Brayden Foster was very kind and patient and extremely polite. I hope you know what a gem of an employee you have.
Absolute garbage company. They completely make up the rules as they go along to fit whatever their drivers did or did not do on every occasion. Had many deliveries where they dropped off the meds and left. Every time they fail to deliver (And they never show up at all, I have cameras) they come up with this complete BS about how the pharmacy requires a signature.....funny they never have before! They just lie and invent things to defend their garbage employees and blame the pharmacy.
I have an auto immune disease in my left eye if, which, left untreated, could cause me to lose the eye. I had ordered an urgent RUSH delivery last Thursday 3/10 for delivery of an immunosuppressant drug on Friday 3/11. Friday came & went with no delivery, no phone call, no notification of any kind. The next day, today, Saturday 3/12, I still had no notification as to why the prescription wasn’t delivered, even though it was marked URGENT. All I got was a text notification from Script Drop today telling me my order had been cancelled yesterday & the drug was returned to the pharmacy. No explanation or phone call as to why. I called Script Drop & they told me sorry, the order was cancelled & was returned to the pharmacy. But you’ll get it today within the next few hours. (If I hadn’t called they would’ve delivered it Monday 3/4 without any explanation & have charged me $8.00 delivery fee). Just now the delivery driver came and left the drug outside without even bothering to ring my buzzer. (Even though my name & button is right there outside the doors in huge letters) I live in an apt building where a non resident must be buzzed in. I am old, disabled, and live alone. I am unable to walk down the stairs & get to the outside of my front door. The delivery person called me from their personal cell phone with a city & state I did not recognize because it is 3000 miles away from where I live. I get several scam calls every day & believed it to be another scam call. When I realized that number with the strange city & state I did not recognize was perhaps the script delivery driver, I called the number back. I called back SEVEN times & each time the call went directly to voicemail. Such childish behavior from a supposedly reputable company!
My eye doctors have told me if I have another flare-up I could possibly lose my left eye. Each time I have a flare-up the sclera, or the white of my eye gets thinner & thinner & the sclera is the only thing holding the inside of the eye, the vitreous humor, from leaking out of my eye. They’ve told me to never rub my eye because of this — the sclera could rupture.
Right now as I write this I am totally out of the drug & my left eye is starting to hurt & is getting red & inflamed.
If I had let this go they would’ve waited till Monday 3/14 to deliver because of the weekend & by then I’d have most likely ended up in ER with a prednisone IV drip just to save my left eye.
Because of this I am dropping the pharmacy (Osco) who uses Script Drop immediately. I am going over to another pharmacy IMMEDIATELY.
Do NOT do business with any pharmacy that uses Script Drop as their delivery service. It is not worth permanently damaging your health because they could care less about you. People need to take a stand and speak up about these experiences rather than just getting angry & doing nothing. This company should not be in the business of delivering drugs. NEVER.
