I recently purchased a pen. An issue developed with the cap. I contacted customer service and Dan responded within minutes. He handled the problem immediately and set up a replacement process quickly. It was a really great experience. Since a few days earlier, I had a really bad experience with the call center of a national bank, it was a really pleasant change.

i wanted to change the nib on the fountain pen i purchased. my question was answered quickly. i was given many options for obtaining the particular nib i was looking for.

I recently ordered a Scriveiner fountain pen from Amazon. I love the pen and the way it writes. Not long after the purchase, the end cap came off the pen. When I reached out to Scriveiner.com customer service and they got back to me right away. I was really impressed with their customer service and through our email communications Scriveiner sent me a brand new pen! Great company!

I have just received my Red mid tib fountain pen. I’m new to the converter system and am impressed how easy and convenient it is to use. When registering my pen with Scrivener online, I encountered several error messages. As per the instructions I emailed them and not only did I receive a prompt reply, I was also addressed in the most highly cordial manner, a rarity in these times of impersonal communication via social media. A great writing instrument from an outstanding business! Highly recommended.

Being frustrated with the performance of two classic brands recently I took a chance on the Scriveiner Classic Gold Fountain Pen and have been delighted - it writes smoothly with great ink flow and is simply a pleasure to use - and very reasonably priced for a high-quality product.
