My third purchase from .nd and another pristine piece, a beautiful caramel cashmere cape. I am so impressed with the quality, price (I buy from other cashmere sites and would say these guys are the best value I have found) and their lovely packaging.

I had a mix of repair types I wanted on my jumper and the attention to deal was amazing! I asked for invisible stitching in some areas - and if hadn’t had photos of the holes couldn’t have found them! And a visible design on the elbow hole - Emily picked an awkward shape to match my jumper and made such an amazing job of it - it’s perfect! And a wee matching themed pal has appeared on the worn but unholy other elbow too, absolutely above and beyond what I was expecting. The craftsmanship, quality and detail is second to none. I will definitely use the team again.

I kept a pair of Brora cashmere gloves for 20 odd years in the hope that one day they could be repaired as the thumb and index finger tips had worn through. I happened across Second Cashmere online and sent in a repair enquiry along with photos and got a very quick reply with a very reasonable quote. It also turned out that Brora will send you cashmere strands for repairs in a close colour match to your item if you email them, so I sent that along with the gloves. I am more than delighted with the repair job - the gloves are better than I could have hoped for and have renewed these items completely! The workmanship is excellent and Lotti and Emily are terrific advocates for repair and reuse. Fantastic company run by passionate, fantastic people!

I sent off my lovely Boden cashmere polo neck with some trepidation, but I couldn't be happier with the repair that was made of the two moth holes which had appeared in the front, making the jumper unwearable.
I was also impressed by the way it arrived, neatly parcelled in brown paper and a box. Thank you very much. If the pesky moths strike again, I shall be contacting you again!X

I had 2 cashmere sweaters invisibly mended (one dark green and one light beige), each of which had a moth hole on the front and on one sleeve. I am delighted with the result on both. Even though I know where the repairs are, they are so discreet I really have to look for them and no one else would notice them! Very nice customer service. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful gloves. They were wrapped up in lovely tissue paper and lavender. It felt like a little gift I had got for myself. I had been looking for 6months for the perfect pair and was spoiled for colour choice when I found Second Cashmere. Ethics and style. Great customer service too.

This company are a cut above because of their attention to detail and quality of their products and presentation.I would imagine they are a friendly company to work for and are providing an important skill at reusing cashmere clothing.

I find dealing with this company an absolute joy. Prompt responses to queries, really friendly customer service, very straightforward processes. But these are simply an added bonus; the bottom line is that the quality of workmanship is absolutely super. I have now had six or seven cashmere jerseys/cardigans darned (a couple with large holes in sleeves) and the sleeves of two knitted jackets 're-knitted' where they had unravelled, and you have to look hard indeed to see the repairs. The colours are also very carefully matched. Really impressive, and far cheaper than buying another new cardigan. I also like the fact that their packaging is recyclable and sustainable. I have happily recommended Second Cashmere to friends and family, confident that they will be pleased with the results of their repairs.
