Punctualiteit, friendly and nicely packaged. Keeping my fingers crossed that my wife likes the jumper when she opens it on Christmas Day.

Beautifully wrapped and presented. These jumpers have been very well looked after and I am delighted with them.

I love the idea of the company, it's truly great business to be doing. However, I found the quality of the two jumpers I purchased to be really low. After one wear they're balling and look really old and worn. For £45 each it's not bad, but ideally if I'm buying second hand for that price I want the item to last. There is another company called Nearly New Cashmere that I bought from also and the quality is much better, they have a big blurb on their website about how they only use really high grade cashmere. Not all cashmeres are the same, the quality can differ a lot!

I don't often write reviews, but wanted to give credit where it's due. I'm concerned about animal welfare and the environmental impact of the fashion industry, so buying recycled and second-hand cashmere makes sense for me. I generally find it hard to find vintage clothes which I like and are affordable. I ordered a beautiful vintage Ballantyne jumper from Second Cashmere which was in great condition and has clearly been skillfully restored, for only £43.80 – a bargain. I also ordered recycled cashmere hand-warmers, which are lovely and soft, and a darning kit. Really pleased with my purchase, which arrived wrapped in tissue paper with dried lavender.

I bought some cashmere wool to darn a jumper. Prompt service product good beautifully presented.

I found the selection photos loaded easily, the sections made sense, and the offerings were amazing. I had to keep taking items out of my cart, because I was going QUITE over my budget, but choosing which to let go of was pretty difficult! The sweaters I
received were all exactly as described, or perhaps better. I will absolutely be back for more!
