Little slow on processing but overall good

Ordered item around the 10 of the month. Paid 27.00 for item to be shipped. After a week of waiting called back, left a message. Did not return my call. Called them back on 18th was told item was not shipped due to out of stock. I was not informed until I made the inquiry. At least I should have been notified so I could spend less time awaiting on the item.

Everything was as expected ordered on line shipping was as stated nothing about this experience was other than usual

I sent a pic to one of your techs of the lock it needed and I ordered the one he told me to but it was wrong i called to get a return flip for the right one I was told that we could reverse the one I had so we did problem is it will not lock with a key now

I ordered a lock over a week ago and paid for two day shipping. I urgently need this because the one at the entry of my house is broken. I have not heard anything after the purchase, no shipping, information, or tracking numbers, and no responses to queries about what’s going on.

When will my lock arrive?

We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!

I could rate it higher, but holidays may be, I placed the order on December 22, and got my tracking only on December 28

Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.

My order still hasn’t shipped, I contacted CS with concern, no response. How can I give any more stars? So far you’ve done nothing but take my money
