I would highly recommended this small business.

They offered me a price for my machine and ordered a free pickup. All very efficient and helpful and gave good instructions and kept me up to date with thr process. Payment arrived promptly.

Very good seamless service! First you send details of your machine and photos. Then a price is agreed before hand, they then give you a collection date, mine was 2 days after price agreed. They arrange for pick-up by Royal Mail who also bring a label and is trackable. Payment is then transferred into your account, again mine was 2 days after they received my machine and it was a bank holiday. Communication and guidance of what to do was excellent throughout the whole process. My only problem was that their initial email went into my spam so I thought they hadn't replied. You also need to be able to pack the machine in a suitable box with padding if you don't have the original. I can't recommend them enough.

This was a quick and seamless process - we packed the machine, SMSM provided the label and picked up. Royal mail collected from our house and the money for the machine was in our bank account a few days later

I was given a date for collection and the name and number of the courier, who liaised well regarding pick up time, he then waited whilst the money was deposited into my account. Within a couple of days of submitting my machine details I received a fair offer. Once accepted, arrangements were made quickly to pick up the machine, I didn’t have to do anything else other than package it up securely as per instructions.
Royal Mail collected on a Monday and the money was in my account a few days later. What an excellent and efficient service. I shall certainly recommend and use again should I have a future machine to sell.
