Good communication. I emailed Sellmysewingmachine and the offer came back the next day. The sewing machines were collected within a week and the money was in my bank account as the courier was loading them into the van.

Found this company online emailed them & got a reply in a couple of days was given a price which I accepted, they organised for it to be picked, up all I had to do was box it up safely . This is a great service. I wanted to buy a new sewing machine. My old machine was too good to languish unused. I came across this service. It was great. I uploaded photos of my old machine and it's accessories for a quote. I accepted the quote and was sent instructions how to box up the machine and they arranged for it to be picked up. Communication was excellent. I received the payment within a few days. Very efficient and nice to know my old machine will be refurbished and reloved. Great for the environment too.

I had a Janome Embroidery Machine, barely used, that I bought for a hobby that never took off. I wanted to sell for a fair price in the simplest way.

From start to finish the whole process was as simple as could be. A price was offered,I accepted and a few days later I received a call to say which day and time my machine would be collected. When the driver came (a very pleasant chap) to collect it, my money had already been paid into my account. Very satisfied with the whole procedure.
