Septic Solutions Reviews

easy to navigate website. Had what I needed. Delivery a littler longer than thought... but could have been due to Govt shutdown, flights, etc.

knowledgeable, helpful representative

Best customer service!!! My first time using them. And I got what was needed.

Good website that makes everything easy to find and purchase.
I’ve used them for years now and never had any issues with shipments or quality.

Understood my problem and solved it.

The parts ordered arrived the day that they were promised.

Got tired of digging for the tank hatch every couple of years whenever it needed to be pumped. No more - just removing a few screws and the lid to the tank riser for instant access. 👍🏻

Fantastic product, FAST shipping, and decent pricing. The only issue I had was the fact that the printed included instructions were a bit lacking. You kind of have to guess your way through at certain points in the process.

Not your problem....Air compressor motor quit. Replaced the magnets, diaphrams,& unit still didn't work. We are in county and recently had at least 5 thunder/lightening storms July August & few in Sept/Oct with loss of electricity........must have burnt or shorted out motor. Have purchased another compressor. Thanks

The company has a great website. It's easy to navigate and find the items one is looking for. This is followed by excellent customer service.
Shipping free is a good bonus. My order was received complete and the next day. We are in Texas a thousand miles from the company. That's a great accomplishment.

This aerator was a direct fit for our failed jet motor that was not available to buy locally.

I’ve used Septic Solutions in the past and they’ve always been great. I needed an aerator for my septic and ordered one and got it the next day…on sale. Up and running!

I received above & beyond excellent customer service. I needed an aerator check value. Called at the end of the business day and my order was politely taken. This personal service is most valued.
Thank you Jodi!

The delivery was within a couple days from ordering the items, which was great. Everying was carefully packaged and worked fine.

Everything.
Was great except I didn't get my free shipping

I liked the layout of your page, easy to understand. The prices were fair, no hassle checking out.

I would have rated this a 5 if it were not for you using an inferior shipping company. FedEx constantly charged the arrival window for the 2 boxes that held my order. My customer was not pleased after informing them that the septic tank riser did not show up on Saturday morning. Only 1 box of the 2 boxes was delivered and that was after the sun had set. FedEx dropped the other box off at an unknown location on the ground exposed to nature’s elements with heavy rain in the forecast. After conducting additional research FedEx dropped my package off in another town 20 + minutes away. FedEx refused to reach out to their driver to retrieve my package. I may not be able to install the riser due to missing all the hardware, butyl tape, riser adapter ring, masonry bit, instruction manual and more.
I have always had great service from Septic Solutions! Unfortunately the shipper they used is going to ruin a great customer experience and possibly more customers unless they can soon fix this.

Prompt delivery

Website was easy to use. Order was processed quickly and the part arrived promptly.

Good experience (again).

Thanks for always providing great service. And quick

Effective website, very fast delivery!

The aerator I needed was easy to order and arrived promptly.
