Good products, good prices, good service and fast, free shipping. I'm just a homeowner that needed to replace two septic tank lids because I got a heavier lawnmower. It was a pleasure to find Septic Solutions where there was a huge selection of professional grade products.

Septic Solution is very professional and knowledgeable. They get your solution in the mail quickly minimizing downtime.

Very easy to use. Prompt shipping and delivery

Excellent prices and reasonable shipping charges. Received package quickly and very happy with the quality of the product.

Online chat was with a real person and provided the requested information without having to figure out how to ask questions to get anything useful from a chatbot. Had the product available and delivery occurred as promised.

I was able to save $5000 by getting a new septic pump controller from you as opposed to letting the plumbers do it! Thanks for being accessible, and professional with solid, reliable items for sale.

Only hitch, I needed the control box asap and so requested 2nd day UPS. It took 4 days to get here. 1 day your fault, 1 day UPS.

Great and fast service

They made this experience so easy. This relieved a lot of stress. The product came within days and this was a relief.

Delivery was on time. Everything was intact. Not too much instructions, but follow youtube. Took only an hour to install

Fast shipping, quality product, easy pizzy installation. I would recommend Septic Solutions to any one contemplating choice of septic tank risers.

Easy to find part, navigate the site, and got the materials to me in priority packages to save the day. All very much appreciated

As a DIYer, I was very pleased with the information on the website for all the septic riser components. Everything you need to install the system was included, even the drill bit. The system is heavy duty and will last many years. There could have been more detailed installation instructions included, but the provided instructions paired with some youtube tutorials will get the job done. I would order from Septic Solutions again.

The pump showed up on time and was in perfect shape. It is working great.

I received the package ahead of schedule. Everything was in good shape. The riser is good quality and easy to install.

Website was user friendly and description of the item provided confirmation that I was ordering the correct part. Multiple shipping options were also helpful since I needed the item quickly. Will order groom Septic Solition again.

Outstanding company and products have us for many years and many houses
