Was great except I didn't get my free shipping

I liked the layout of your page, easy to understand. The prices were fair, no hassle checking out.

I would have rated this a 5 if it were not for you using an inferior shipping company. FedEx constantly charged the arrival window for the 2 boxes that held my order. My customer was not pleased after informing them that the septic tank riser did not show up on Saturday morning. Only 1 box of the 2 boxes was delivered and that was after the sun had set. FedEx dropped the other box off at an unknown location on the ground exposed to nature’s elements with heavy rain in the forecast. After conducting additional research FedEx dropped my package off in another town 20 + minutes away. FedEx refused to reach out to their driver to retrieve my package. I may not be able to install the riser due to missing all the hardware, butyl tape, riser adapter ring, masonry bit, instruction manual and more.
I have always had great service from Septic Solutions! Unfortunately the shipper they used is going to ruin a great customer experience and possibly more customers unless they can soon fix this.

The product was great and just as expected. The videos were very helpful in making sure I could make the product work and installed correctly. I don’t know why they designed the septic risers for a rectangular hole the way they do though. I had to drill out holes in the corners which is where they should be placed to begin with. I was expecting this so not a big deal but I don’t think they should be advertising their square riser connection to cover up to a 25” rectangular hole when 4 of the 8 mounting holes fall inside of the rectangular hole (mine was only 22” square so not the max)

The product was received today and it is already installed and seems to be working just fine.

Bought a polylok 6 hole d-box. Within 15 min of ordering and after watching their video I determined this box is actually not set up properly, for four inch pipe 4 of the outlets have invert heights of 0” with even increment (2”,4”,6”,8”) but the outlet opposite the inlet has a min invert of 1” and odd numbered increments (1”,3”,5”7”). All outlet pipes must be the same height on a d-box so not sure what the heck polylok is thinking. So within 20 mins of ordering called to cancel. They told me it was already on the truck and I would need to wait to receive it (shipped at my expense) then ship it back (at my expense) AND pay a restocking fee. Fine if I had waited but this was within minutes of ordering and a product that would not perform as advertised. I called FedEx and first of all for over 45 minutes they insisted it hadn’t been picked up yet(so it could have been easily stopped). FedEx stated that the shipper CAN reroute or cancel using return to sender but septic solutions told me they won’t do that. This is obviously a ploy so septic solutions can make money on shipping and restocking for selling a poor product. If I could give zero stars I would. If a customer asks to cancel, every effort should be made to assist. Septic solutions didn’t care and didn’t even try to help or once apologize for the mess their poor product created.

Ordered replacement ultra- air model 735 white splash resistance motor, cover/ handle, aspirated. Motor , parts showed up within 2 days . Was able to replace hardware from old unit to new unit. Con: Only have one year warranty on motor, but 3 year warranty if you buy complete unit. Would like to have 3 years on motor.

Ordered a Medo LA-80BN from Septic Solutions on line. The delivery was on time and installed it and it runs great and very quiet. I am very happy with it so far.

I made a call one afternoon after work in Florida to your company in Ohio and received a very nice greeting from a man who knew his parts and the septic business. I explained my issues and he troubleshot with me over the phone so that I could order one of your parts High water float sensor online. The order process was easy and I think your company for such good customer service I had been fighting this problem for two months and was determined to repair it myself although with some help thank you again and I will definitely recommend you.

Website was easy to order. I followed up with a question to Support regarding the outside dimension of the flange so I could dig the hole while it was being delivered. The response was almost immediate, including diagrams.
