An easy to use web site and helpful customer staff is very important to me. Septic Solutions has both, along with High quality products at very competitive prices. Many suppliers draw customers with "loss leader" pricing only to make their profit on shipping. That is not the case here. Everything I have ordered has had free shipping and is sent out in a very timely manner. I have ordered several times and recommend them to folks when ever they ask where I get things.

Product availability and ease of finding website, as well as web page layout. Plus, the free shipping was appreciated.
Can not comment on service, except to say; “So far it seems a little slow.”
I placed a order on Wednesday morning 9/10, today is Saturday 9/13, and I have had no notification of shipment. The two items I ordered were the size of toothpicks, and could have easily been placed in a standard USPS envelope and sent through the mail. However, no word as to when I might see them. But, I’m a retired business owner, and I know what its like to get a little behind. Shipping folks are probably busy.

Very satisfied, the item arrived in perfect condition, on schedule, great company communication before the sale and lots of order updates in transit. Would definitely recommend Septic Solutions for all your Septic System needs

I ordered a simple small switch on August 23 and I still done have it. Expected delivery is 11 days from purchase this is unacceptable!! I live in Oklahoma not Europe why does it take 11 days for delivery?
I have a down septic system needing repair and will never do business wilt you again.

Received it in one day. (aerator) Superior replacement for the expensive and unreliable Norweco unit.

I wasn't sure what septic lid t use and they were very helpful then I went to the site , ordered it then it showed up the next day. AWSOME

This only covers the experience of buying and installation.

SS had a good variety of septic risers. Two glitches: their internal seach engine did not find the odd height i needed, only found it on a search of the internet. Also, the build you own package frature was awkward, you had to go to cart to review what you picked. I suggest a drop down menu for each category of part, that when submitted provides the total cost.

Installation went reasonably well; the risers are sturdy and look good. Lacking: a set of step by step detailed instructions (including installing safetey grate); a parts list, better sealing for joints. Due to supply issues, SS substituted butyl tape which did not work well. Better to try foam roll strips (sticky on one side) under the rim of each riser segment inside. The butyl tape keeps the risers from snapping together well and shows on the outside of the risers.

Generally, easy and quick to install.

While shopping for a septic tank riser, I discovered this product, it seemed to be superior and fairly simple to install, compared to some others. I had a couple questions I wanted verified before I placed my order.
