I just had a week ago surgery and I am currently in the recovery process.

The booking process was super easy and Megan who helped with everything was so helpful and caring.

The recovery villa was so clean and the staff working there was so caring. The hospital and nurses were also so nice and friendly, could not be more thankful felt like a princess. Big thanks to Dr. Ali who has done an amazing job, I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much! My boyfriend will go there to do a nose job soon! Could not recommend enough!

Was so easy to book from start Megan was on hand from my consultation to booking everything was done for me and Megan was at hand with any questions I had no matter how big or small

Arriving in Istanbul I was greeted by a driver took to the recovery villa and every was explained to me, the next day I was took for surgery and the hospital blew me away! So clean and staff were very attentive nothing was an issue, my surgeon Dr Ali Rizza Yildirum was amazing and I’d highly recommend him, he took he’s time and explained everything step by step about my surgery what he would do and what would happen, I showed a picture of what I’d like and he told me he would try he’s best to get my close to the picture as possible but everyone’s body is different so it’s hard to make people look the same. I had a uplift and implants behind the muscle, he told me he would decide on my implant size while I was asleep in surgery as he wanted to do what would be best for me and my body, I trusted him completely and let him decide on everything as this is he’s job and he knows what would be the best for me.

The recovery villa was absolutely amazing they was always staff on hand to help me and the nurses were amazing and checking me over and making sure I took my medication correctly, Sasha was amazing at making sure everything ran smoothly and was very attentive

All in all I’d recommend serene cosmetics for anyone thinking about surgery, I’d never go anywhere else now and have recommended to people already!

Surgery can be scary regardless of having to pick the right place and people to handle it, but I am so grateful and glad that I chose to go with Serene Cosmetics.
After speaking with Lois the client coordinator over the phone, it was pure excitement from there on. The support was unmatched and no question was too out there or silly.
The overall experience was more than i could’ve imagined or asked for. The villa provided is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and friendliness, the hospital is immaculate and the nurses all know their stuff with again no question or request being too much to ask for.

I heard about serene cosmetics through my sister that has a client that’s gone to serene cosmetics a couple times now . From start Lois has been attentive good with communication explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable and in safe hands . All I had to do was book my flights . Before and during my stay in Istanbul Lois emailed me ensuring I was okay. Since I’ve had the surgery Lois has been checking in and any issues she is there to solve . I’m 1 week post op, I had a tummy tuck and breast uplift and implants. I have to say from start to finish the whole process has been so easy! My coordinator Louis has been absolutely amazing with answering any questions I have and putting my mind at ease. The staff in the recovery villa were so lovely and kind, did a great job of looking after me. My surgeon has done a better job than I could have even dreamed of! I would highly recommend anybody to use Serene if they’re looking at having surgery.

Honestly honestly over the moon i cant thank them enough from start to finish with everything always there for any questions whenever i needed! And other than my flights they booked and arranged everything!! Im soo happy with my treatment too its been my second time there and ill definitely be going back in future! I am almost 3 weeks post op and couldn't be happier with my experience with Serene Cosmetic. Lois answered all my questions before surgery and continues to do so after returning home. My Husband & I cannot find a single fault with the process from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and I am so pleased with my results so far. Highly recommend booking through serene, I had the lovely Megan to talk me through everything nothing was too much for her and explained everything. It was so nice to have someone who spoke English to ensure me as I have never had surgery before. Once you are over there it is spotless the nurses and staff at the villa can’t do enough for you, I’ve recommended serene to my family and friends
