Warning to get another program. This was a waste of time.
We barely lasted 2 months with the program. And didn't bother to use any integrations early on and I am very thankful for that considering the amount of issues we saw.
The program was quite faulty in areas where we didn't want to see mistakes on top of the annoying fact to delete an account, invoice or almost delete or change anything you had to bother customer support to delete it or handle it for you. That would be 10-20mins.
Customer service was the worst part. The lack of basic customer service at the little common sense needed was not there. When an issue would be presented they would only come back with "we don't see that on our end". They wouldn't bother asking for further details or suggesting solutions.
We had issues with seeing data across different functions, lack of capacity for information and they were never resolved and they never followed up. We were ignored.
They never answer their phones and they won't call you back when asked to leave a voicemail. This program seems very young from our research and their overall company is small between 10-20 people and they outsource half the team over seas. That's enough to tell me quality and service is cheap.
I can't recommend it. We ended up switching over to Buildops.
Don't get it. There is far better out there for the same value and better quality at that.
