Andy is our regular engineer and he is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He makes every effort to fix all our equipment even after having travelled hundreds of miles at the back end of a 12 hour day. His communication is superb and a pleasure to speak to!

Ordered a refreshed C2 Rower
It's like a brand new one, for a lot less than a brand new one and second hand ones from eBay!
Ian advised me well and it was delivered exactly when I was told to expect it, updated by Ian throughout.
Now all I need is for them to get a C2 bike for me to buy too and I'll be back for more!
