I had made two orders on sports direct and they charge me for two deliveries 7euro each so I paid 14 euro for deliverie for two items are arriving on the same date. This is robbery I contact support about the matter and they wouldn't fix it or even offer me free delivery next time and the items wasn't even processed yet don't order anything from them they only rob you

Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid.
Ordered a bike for my daughter’s birthday. Sports Direct lost it in transit and didn’t even bother to contact me — I had to chase them myself to find out. When I did, I was told a replacement would take another 3–7 days, meaning my daughter will have nothing on her birthday. Despite this being entirely their fault, they refused to expedite delivery or refund the delivery charge I paid for a service they failed to provide.
Getting through to anyone useful was a battle in itself — the chatbot actively blocks you from reaching a human. When I finally did speak to someone, I was fobbed off with vague policy references that apparently can’t be shared, links to a generic homepage, and told I’d need to email to complain before anyone would even consider escalating to a manager. An extra hoop to jump through when they’ve already wasted enough of my time.
No proactive communication. No goodwill gesture. No accountability. Just corporate deflection at every single turn.
My daughter is going to be disappointed on her birthday because of Sports Direct’s failure, and their response has been to shrug and hide behind “policy.” Disgusting. I will never shop here again and I’d strongly advise anyone else to think twice.

I ordered a pair of trainer they weren't true to size I had to pay £4.99 for the return label which I stupidly assumed would be the total cost. Sports Direct then took £4.99 off my refund too so it cost my about £10 to return.AVOID SPORT DIRECT like a plaque!!!!
Sports Direct leave you out of pocket
I ordered a pair of Trainers in the sale - the first pair weren’t delivered but returned to SD by Evri as “Damaged” second pair were sent out, but to our old address. The driver put the shoes down and took the photo, at which point the new house owners came out - explained we’d left and gave the shoes back to the courier for re delivery to our address….that was the last we heard of them! 🤔 Sports direct were awful to deal with, first they said they’d investigate…then said they’d been delivered, I re explained…they said they’d investigate, then they said I should collect them from our old address … I re explained that the driver hadn’t delivered ….but Sports Direct washed their hands of the problem.
Frankly, I’m not going down the rabbit hole of chasing a lost parcel at Evri…..I’ll leave you to decide what you think the driver did with the trainers!

I ordered a football top for my daughter but didn't receive one confirmation email to say that the transaction had gone through and therefore a week later when I was wondering where the delivery was, and I couldn't find a confirmation email, I re-ordered the top!
Both did not arrive in time for Christmas day for my daughter and then after sending the original one back for a full refund, Sports Direct declined the refund and sent the top back!
This is completely unfair as I would not have ordered a second top, had I seen correspondence that the first order was received and being processed!

Evri strikes again..…
So…I ordered some clothes for my kids for Xmas last week. The delivery date was Monday 8th December. The courier…Evri sent me an email stating that my parcel had been delivered but once again it hasn’t! There’s no proof of delivery photo, just a photo of the delivery driver. I have received an email from sports direct & filled in a denial of receipt form but am still waiting for my refund. I need to go out & replace the items that I paid for as they were Xmas presents. There is no customer service number for sports direct that I can find online so cannot speak to anyone which is really annoying & in my opinion, highly unprofessional! Not happy at all!!

normally i would buy at the store but as it was xmas i dont have a car i thought i would go on line now what i did not do was read the reviews if i had i would not have gone ahead but i ordered on line then imediatly regreted it after looking at these rewiews but i crossed my fingers now on their website they do not have reviews anyway i put down for normal delivery and ended up with evri next day and it came quick i checked imediately as the right size and color all is fine they fit my husband like a glove he is well pleased i am lucky i suppose but all went well

Still waiting on a Refund for two pairs of Adidas Trainers. Returned via tracked courier in same packaging on same day of delivery. They can only find one pair returned. This is despite my order history showing two pairs of identical trainers being ordered on the next size up the same afternoon. Complete Joke so frustrating...

Totally incompetent
Ordered goalkeeper gloves on two separate occasions and both times got the correct packaging but with the wrong gloves inside.

Order personalized football shirts online. Product never arrived.
there is no support available - you can speak to a bot, who only has pre-canned interactions, none of them fit the scenario. there is no phone number.
you send an email - they respond that they are "working on it" but nothing happens.
After a week I managed to get the bot to pass to a chat agent after picking "something else" multiple times - only then did the agent confirm the item was lost in transit and offered a refund.
Will not use their online option again.

Read description well if it is marked style can differ you might as well not choose what you buy. They send you something and you better be happy with it because you are paying to send it back otherwise. Safe to say it is not a very costumer friendly policy.

I ordered a pair of trainers for my husband for Father’s Day from Sports Direct. They didn’t arrive on time, and when they finally did, they didn’t fit.
I went into a store to exchange them and was told I could only return them online, which is incredibly inconvenient and not clearly explained when ordering.
When I tried to return them online, the system wouldn’t allow me to process the return — and to make matters worse, the dispatch label had cut off the order number, making it even harder to complete the return.
Even if the return had worked, I discovered it would cost me £4.99 just to send them back, which feels like a rip-off, especially given the hassle I’ve already been through.
This whole experience has been a mess from start to finish — poor communication, poor customer service, a broken returns system, and hidden costs. I won’t be shopping with Sports Direct again unless they seriously improve how they treat their customers.

Je l’ai renvoyé entièrement.
J’ai contacté le service client, ils me disent ne pas avoir reçu ma commande alors que le suivi colissimo indique qu’ils ont réceptionné la commande.
Après avoir insisté en leur montrant les preuves qu’ils ont bien reçu le colis maintenant ils me disent avoir effectivement reçu le colis mais qu’il était vide !
Et donc qu’ils refusent de me rembourser !
Je suis fatiguée de me battre pour avoir mon remboursement mais Jvais pas lâcher.
Je vous garantie que tant que je n aurais pas mon remboursement je vais aller sur toutes les plate-formes afin de partager mon expérience.
