UPDATE: It took me a while to get a response, and I had to try all channels (including Discord, FB, etc). However, once they did respond, the service was excellent in resolving my issue. Not the outcome I had for, but a practical resolution, at least, and efforts on their customer support to provide a way forward. Hence, the 4 star rating. Thanks Sharge for resolving my issue ultimately.

Customer support is non-existent. Although they list their returns/exchange policies clearly, they themselves do not abide by the process that is listed in their website. And if you select Support in their website, it is just an empty landing page that asks you to sign up to their newsletter with your email, but no other support links or functions. Their products may be good, but if you order the wrong thing, or receive the wrong thing, or need to return/exchange your order, good luck. Even good luck may not get you what you wanted to buy or your money back. Honestly, they should be reported to consumer protection agencies.
3 appareils achetés, les 3 se sont cassés
Ça suffit. Je laisse définitivement tomber cette marque que j'adorais pour ses designs soignés. Mais ça ne fait pas tout. J'ai acheté 3 produits qui ont tous fini par se casser d'une manière ou d'une autre. Et pourtant je suis quelqu'un qui prend soin de ses affaires. Je dis cassé mais pas dysfonctionnels, je m'explique :
J'ai acheté l'ICEMAG 1ère génération, après 6 mois le bouton gris pour l’allumer s'est décroché, pas très dérangeant mais pour voir le pourcentage de batterie restant il faut maintenant que je plug la batterie sur un appareil..
Ensuite, le SHARGE Disk, le petit bout aimanté qui permet de clipser le capot du boitier s'est décroché, j'ai du le recoller à la colle forte. Encore une fois, rien de grave qui ferait que le boitier ne fonctionne plus mais c'est ça montre une faiblesse au niveau des composants
Finalement, le Disk Plus. Lui, ce n'est pas le boitier en tant que tel qui s'est cassé mais un accessoires livré avec. Le flex câble noir a cessé de fonctionné au bout de plus ou moins 6 mois aussi. Les données ne passent plus, mon Mac ne reconnait plus le boitier. J'ai testé avec un autre câble et ça fonctionne donc ça vient de ce petit câble flex noir fourni qui était bien pratique.. Je vais devoir en commander un en plus ce qui n'est pas censé être normal quand on achète un boitier avec un câble censé fonctionner
Ce sont des détails à chaque fois, les 3 appareils que j'ai acheté fonctionnent toujours mais si des pièces ou des accessoires cessent de fonctionner au bout de 6 mois, ce n'est pas normal et ça prouve un problème de robustesse au niveau des composants. Imaginez si vous faites tomber maladroitement l'un de ces objets, la casse que ça pourrait engendrer si déjà moi en faisant attention à mes objets tech, ceux de chez SHARGE se cassent..
C'est très design et ça me dérangeait pas de mettre un peu plus d'argent pour un beau design mais si la qualité est médiocre, où va mon argent ?

The item (Icemag 1) purchased was functioning perfect until started to swell, contacted SHARGE and they advised me to stop using it straight away and they sent me a replacement with the condition to pay the transport considering that the item was purchased with more than a year ago , the communication was a but of a delay but overall all good , well done customer service team!

Bought a product is not working, faulty item quality and durability is not good. Customer service never come back to me regarding my request for replacement.

Solarpanel fiept unerträglich
Ich habe den Shargeek 170 Akku zusammen mit dem faltbaren Solar-Panel gekauft. Leider erzeugt das Solar-Panel bei geringen Ladeleistungen einen unerträglichen, sehr hohen & lauten, Fieb-Ton. Es ist also in der Gegenwart von Menschen nur bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung nutzbar. Das schränkt die Nutzbarkeit extrem ein. Nach den Erfahrungen mit dem Support, die hier geschildert wurden, scheue ich mich, einen Tausch zu veranlassen. Außerdem ist die Bestellung in meinem Kundenkonto nicht mehr auffindbar, wahrscheinlich aus gutem Grund. Aktuell ist das Solar-Panel nur noch in den U.S.A. erhältlich, wahrscheinlich auch aus gutem Grund. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.
Wrong product, no contact
Ordered sharge pixel 140 watt. After a few days package arrived but the charger was pixel 100 watt with incorrect 140w sticker barcode. Tried contacting multiple times. The first time I got a message back for photos, to which I responded with the photos, and after that no more contact. It is few weeks and emails/forms sent later still with no response and without the product I bought. After some time finały got a response - I’m getting the other charger for cheaper (the difference between the two) as I agreed to also keep the 100w
Nach Garantie-Einsendung nichts mehr zurück erhalten.
Meine Powerbank hatte nach ein Paar Monaten einen defekten Bildschirm. Darauf hin habe ich Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen um mein Recht auf Garantie einzulösen. Der Support bat mich darum die Powerbank zu einem Lagerhaus in Deutschland zu senden. Diese ist jetzt schon seid über 20 Tagen dort und auch der Support hat nach ein paar weiteren Mails aufgehört zu Antworten, obwohl ich alles wie verlangt gemacht habe. Jetzt habe ich nicht mal eine Powerbank mit defektem Screen, die 130€ gekostet hatte außerdem.
Fühlt sich an als ob ich abgezogen wurde.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice.
Mein Paket wurde ohne meine Zustimmung einfach vor der Tür abgestellt, obwohl ich keine Abstellgenehmigung erteilt habe und nicht zuhause war. Als ich später zurückkam, war das Paket verschwunden.
Seitdem schreibe ich mit dem Support, aber anstatt das Problem zu lösen, bekomme ich immer wieder neue Standardantworten, ohne dass auf die vorherigen Nachrichten eingegangen wird. Inzwischen ist es bereits die fünfte E-Mail zum selben Thema.
Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen oder eine schnelle Lösung anzubieten, wird alles auf den Versanddienstleister geschoben.
Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich kann den Shop aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservices leider nicht empfehlen.

Item never arrived
Item never arrived. Mind you they sent it by EVRI so once I saw that never expected to get it. I took out the insurance with them. Have to wait 30 days to claim even though EVRI have already admitted they have lost it.
Overall it seems like a scam... American company and then dispatched from China. They have not responded to my emails. Wouldn't recommend and would advise everyone else to avoid.
Experience was bad to good
Initially, my experience with Sharge went from mediocre to bad. The biggest thing that made me feel that way is the lack of options for customer support. The only way to get any type of support is by email and with that, they take 48 to 72 hours to respond. I did some research and I'm not the only one with that problem so someone suggested that I can contact them through Discord. I did that and it was then, an agent named Jenessa was the one that pretty much convinced me not to cancel my order. In the 10 mins I chatted with Jenessa, she resolved my questions and concerns. Plus! She told me she would update me every step of the way for my order until I received it and to my surprise, she kept her word.
Whoever Jenessa's supervisor is and you're reading this, give her a promotion, a raise, have her write a training manual of how customer service should be for the company because she deserves that recognition.

Awesome products, very kind and helpful support team. I got flow 2 mini and pouch and they work great. I also bought ice mag 3 but it had problem in shipment. When i contacted support team they were very warm, helpful and immidiately arranged new ice mag 3 on my way. I wish every support teams were like them🙌🏻

Absolutely disgraceful company don't get me wrong their products do look really good however the customer service is literally non existent so it's a gamble if you buy off them because if you do receive your product then lucky you but if you don't your gonna have one hell of a hard time trying to get the matter resolved 2 weeks in and not a single response from them next step chargeback on my card to get my money back but it shouldn't come to that look at the other reviews aswell it shouldn't tell you what type of company they really are

So it took a while but they sorted me out and I am happy with the outcome. They make great products and I have lots of them so when something broke they replaced it and all is well. Good customer services nice team and a happy customer

Terrible experience. I have enjoyed using their products before but trying to conduct a simple return is an absolute nightmare. Never ending back and forth emails without telling me the return address. Don't buy from this company.
