Quality products and Amazing team service
I came across sharge when i saw them featured on linus tech tips.
Initially wanted the larger power bank but i saw the flow mini 2 and it was on sale. It’s genuinely portable and easy to carry around and still packs a lot of power for its size able to charge my mini 13 twice. The convenience of it plugging right into the bottom without a cord makes it so much easier to charge phones while using it. Only issue is that since it plugs directly in, the fulcrum leverage can sometimes destroy the connector.
Contacted the company as it had broke and they honoured the warranty and sent a replacement, not once, but twice. I just needed the conector as it was the main reason i bought the powerbank and the actual powerbank was perfectly fine working with a regular charging cord.
Their customer service was great each time. The team were quick to respond, easy to deal with, and sorted out a replacement promptly. Giving me a tracking number for the parcel and free shipping. Communication was clear the whole way through, which made the process stress-free.
Between the quality of the charger and the way the team handled everything, I’d happily buy from Sharge again and would definitely be keen to pick up more of their products in the future.
Only thing i wish is if they would provide a sale of the individual part since they said they might not replace the part again under warranty and dont actually sell the part itself. The issue wasnt necessarily a quality issue but maybe a design issue, hoepfully to be sorted in the next cycle iteration for the flow mini 3.

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this company.
I ordered two $99 mystery boxes back in mid-November 2025. What should have been a simple, exciting purchase turned into over two months of stress, chasing updates, and completely inconsistent responses.
First of all, my order didn’t ship for almost two weeks — and nobody told me. I had to contact them myself to find out there was a “processing issue.” No updates, no communication, nothing. That already set the tone.
When the parcel finally arrived over a month later, I had only received four items. I paid nearly $200 for two mystery boxes. The value didn’t match what was advertised, and it definitely didn’t feel like two boxes’ worth of products. There was no explanation included — I had to reach out again just to be told the warehouse “under-shipped.”
From there, it was just endless back-and-forth. One minute they admitted items were missing. Then they offered replacements. Then they changed what they were offering. Then they said what I already received plus a few extra bits somehow equals two mystery boxes. Then they added one extra cable as “compensation.” Later on, they suddenly offered a complimentary gift — something I had asked about much earlier and been refused.
The story kept changing. Every response felt like it was written without any awareness of the previous email. It honestly felt like nobody knew what was going on internally.
After all that, I asked for a full refund. The items were unopened. Their response? I would have to ship everything back to China at my own expense because they don’t have a UK warehouse and their “system” doesn’t allow them to refund beyond what was paid.
So let me get this straight — they delay shipping, under-ship the order, fail to communicate properly, change their solution multiple times, and I’m the one who has to pay international shipping just to get my money back?
At no point did I feel reassured. At no point did they take real accountability. It was just apologies, shifting offers, and hoping I would settle for less.
What should have been a fun purchase for me and my brother turned into months of frustration. I genuinely regret ordering from them.
If this is how they handle a basic $200 order, I would seriously think twice before buying anything — especially something as vague as a “mystery” box.

Order not delivered for more then 10 days
It's my first time ordering with sharge, might be their products are good as online reviews says but their customer support is so much pathetic I can't say in words.
It's been more then 10 days I have sent multiple emails to their support and they aren't replying back.
I didn't even got my order yet and that's the main concern.
Sharge.com if you are reading this, reply mr back otherwise I will raise a fraud case about you and get refunded for my payment. Thank you 😊

J’ai acheter mon chargeur Sharge ICEMAG en Novembre 2024 , a ce jour ma batterie est gonflé et recharge pendant 15 minutes maximum mon iPhone et la batterie et vide .

Issue resolved after initial frustration
I’m updating my review to reflect how this was ultimately resolved.
I originally left a 1-star review after being told to stop using my $199 Shargeek Storm2 Slim due to an internal hardware issue. The device was almost three years old, so I understand that it was outside the 12-month warranty and technically did not qualify for a replacement.
However, considering the price and the fact that the power bank had been carefully used and was still in excellent external condition, it was disappointing to see it fail due to an internal issue with no solution initially offered. For a premium product at that price point, I had hoped for a bit more flexibility. That was the reason for my negative review at the time.
After further communication, SHARGE extended the warranty and offered a replacement. I’ve now received a brand-new Shargeek 140, and I genuinely appreciate that the company reconsidered my case and chose to stand behind their product.
The process could have been smoother from the beginning, but in the end they handled it responsibly. I’d also like to thank the support team for taking the time to review my case and work toward a fair solution.
Absolutely the worse battery bakers…
Absolutely the worse battery bakers you'll ever buy l. Looks cool, and quality looks good from the outside but inside its useless. I've bought atheist 3 of them and one is a limited edition from a handheld gaming before and at first I like it. It does what it's meant for. Fast charging. Can charge your handheld gaming aswell if needed. But after my first shage didnt last even a year, I tried another and only lasted less than 6 months but because I bought it and didnt use until my first one broke, the warranty is finished. So they refuse to fix it. And now the last piece of trash sharge I got left just doesnt charge and only been used twice. Its a Chinese product, which they focus on the looks, the packaging more than the quality.

The Sharge Pouch is great!
I've wanted a Sharge power bank for quite a while (the company name was Shargeek when I discovered them). A year and a half ago I chose to give their Pouch a try, which is actually a collaboration with One Plus. I couldn't be happier with that choice.
I'm a home health caregiver/community support aid working with developmentally disabled adults. This job demands flexibility in what I'm doing and where I'm doing it. This small device means I'm never concerned with being able to communicate with coworkers or supervisors.
The Pouch immediately replaced two other power banks that I had been using, because it's so convenient. It's a compact 10,000mAh power bank pushing up to 40W. A silicone cable clips into the housing securely, but is NOT built in (I don't want a broken plug to wreck an entire power bank), and a 40W wall charger snaps onto the bottom with secure (very directional) magnets. Neither of these attachments has detached without my assistance. Other than the attachments it has no "bells and whistles," making it very simple. Its fit and finish is excellent, and its rounded shape feels good in the hand, and it's easy to carry with my phone.
I enjoy the freedom and ease of use so much that I just bought Pouches for my 3 teammates, since they make my job much easier and I wanted them to never feel the panic of being tasked with something and seeing that their phone's at 15%.
I highly recommend these power bank/charger combos for keeping a phone charged all day, and if you can park the bank somewhere to top off, I'm pretty sure it'd keep 2 phones going.

When my Shargeek 100 developed a fault, I reached out to their support team. Although the issue took some discussion to work through, Sharge listened, reviewed the case properly, and made things right.
This experience showed me that Sharge genuinely cares about long-term customer satisfaction, not just initial sales. The design, build quality, and innovation behind their products are impressive, and it’s reassuring to know their customer service ultimately matches that standard.

Great products and after several emails back and forth the customer service department was able to extend my warranty on an old device and send me a replacement after I paid for shipping. I was very grateful not I can continue in my studies with a new reliable device
Return service is tricky, products are ok.
They have well designed, mildly sturdy products. The customer service is a bit all over.
They won't directly accept a return if the package has been opened. Fortunately mine was unopened and sealed. However, they do they ask to cover the shipping fees back to their warehouse. This would be from the UK back to China. I ended up re-selling the product privately to save time and costs.
I had a second order and they didn't tell me my product was out of stock until I checked in with them 3 weeks later. Only for them to offer me an alternative colour I don't want.
They also consistently respond within 1-3 working days even if you reply to the email straight away.

The retractable charger 65 is nice?
I originally wrote this review to report that the charger I had received came with a cable that broke shortly after use. The company reached out to me promptly and sent me a replacement at no cost, which arrived in about a week.
The new unit works perfectly, and I can clearly notice a significant improvement in the cable’s quality compared to the first one.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and appreciate the company’s quick and professional support

Bought the Sharkgeek 170 which…
Bought the Sharkgeek 170 which malfunctioned after a few months of usage. The support team after verification of the issue sent a brand new replacement. Thank you for the arrangement!!!
Great Product - But not a great experience.
First things first - received the Shargeek 170 today and it’s an absolute beast of a powerbank. Great design and the screen is superb.
But at ordering stage would not allow me to ‘untick’ the Tote bag (despite multiple tries) which was automatically added to my basket. So just went with it and paid for that also.
The tote bag is cool but not something I was intending to buy.
Next thing was the delivery… I am based in the UK and the courier was EVRI.
For those in the UK, you’ll know that EVRI are useless and this delivery was no different - they lost the parcel for a week and all I got was AI bot responses - really poor. Then suddenly it arrived today (1 day before I go on holiday) which was the main reason for buying.
So the product itself seems great so far but the ‘experience’ was definitely not great!

they don't return the money
Hi! I really wanted to get the full SHARGE kit: a power bank, solar panel, 100W charger, and more. But my country's post office wouldn't accept the device with its non-removable battery. I returned it. Unfortunately, they didn't confirm receipt of the package. I wrote to the post office and spent eight months communicating with them! They assured me that the package had been delivered. I've been waiting for my money for 2.5 years now, exchanging tons of emails with SHARGE.

Order cancellation after dispatch notification
I ordered some products from their website at a special IFA deal. My order was confirmed and I received a notification that it is on the way.
Since I didn't receive the products I contacted customer service and I was only then informed that the IFA special deal is over and they can't sell at that price anymore... I was refunded and given a 15% discount code to reorder at a higher price.
I don't like that behaviour.
