Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They kept sending me emails about my order that I have to pick up my order or it will sent back. I see different in the tracking code they provided but they keep spamming me telling me to pick it up. Nothing was wrong with delivery, DHL just delivered it to my home (just what tracking said). After this, I ask about why they do this, and they just tell they want to remind me? Apparently by telling lies about my package and causing unnecessary stress during my holiday (I was on holiday). They don't seem to care either. Never ordering again here.

I feel utterly disappointed. After they sent me a defective item, I had to pay half of its price just to return it. They claimed to send a replacement, but it somehow got lost in China, and now I've been waiting over 92 days.
What hurts the most is the complete lack of care from their support team. After reaching out again and again, their only "advice" was for me to go look for the item myself! 2 weeks since last response from support.
I trusted this company, and they've done nothing but let me down. I feel scammed, unheard, and left to handle this mess alone.
Ordered an item that was never received
Ordered an item that whatever ordering system autofilled my old shipping address instead of using my current address that I manually input. I caught this and immediately reached out to correct the issue. They confirmed that it has been updated. Weeks later as we got close to fulfillment time I confirmed again that it had the correct address and they confirmed that it did. I never received the product and ultimately they blamed me for not receiving it and they offered a 20 dollar coupon. Why would I give a company that did not send me my order more of my money?
Sell defective product and no refund or replacement
Sell defective product and did not any effort with customer. Many dumb demands like videos and very precise problem. I made everything and the support did not answer anymore. Scam.
They don’t refund or replace faulty goods
I bought a charger which did not work. They refuse to refund. They only made more and more outlandish demands - like I need to send them a video of me trying the charger in a US electrical socket, I live in Europe! Please check online for others’ experiences - they do not refund or replace faulty goods. Buy from them at your own risk- but also note the charger doesn’t have European or UK safety standard marks so it’s potentially more than your money you will be risking.
Do not buy any Sharge products - you have been warned.
After watching MKBHD’s videos which featured a Shargeek battery bank, I shelled out $300 USD on a Storm2 Slim and two Flows in June 2023.
One year and one month to the day, my Storm2 Slim isn’t accepting any charge via the USB-C port, turning it into a $169 brick.
After seven battery cycles.
After reading online about other issues with these battery banks, I was hopefully that Sharge would stand by their products - after all, the manual states "SHARGEEK warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase."
I email them, they reply recommending that I use a 100w charge for 8 hours, I try that for 24 hours and nada.
I let them know, and they tell me to pound sand - no other fixes, no repair service, no way to reset or repair the battery bank… after seven cycles my only option is to go pound sand.
Anyway, you’ve been warned.

This company sells defective products, knows it and doesn't care.
When I ask about my two clocks being several seconds late every day, here's their answer (copied and pasted from an e-mail)
"Due to internal space and power consumption limitations, we cannot integrate a hardware real-time clock (RTC) or wireless time synchronization module. The time deviation within 24 hours is approximately within 7 seconds.
In order to solve the time display delay problem and minimize the error, we recommend manual calibration, which needs to be calibrated every 24 hours.
Please note that despite limitations, we appreciate your understanding and value the opportunity to provide solutions."
So if you buy a clock from this company, be prepared to adjust it every day, it's normal...

I bought a charger a while back. It was faulty, it could not stay in the outlet, something every other charger seems to have gotten right at this point. Simply put, it is poorly designed. I assumed this was down to a manufacturing error so I tried contacting support about 5 weeks ago. Since then, they have been playing a dance, Sharge seemingly trying to waste time to avoid refunding me. Unless you intend to keep a faulty product or hope that you receive a perfect one first try, don't give this scam a chance. I write this in hopes that nobody else should have to go through what I am going through now.
Don't take my word for it, they have changed the name of their company and url for their website multiple times. Check reviews for sharge.tech and shargeek.com
