After doing my research on so many companies that provide topnotch tools, shiftcam was my final and best option. Affordable and good quality products that's already a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I was lucky enough to interact with Ariana-customer service keeping me updated on the delivery and shipping information. She's the best one I've ever come across. Patient, responsive and reassuring. Would highly recommend to anyone 💯. Thank you shiftcam for the experience ☺️.
Poor but responsive customer service in the end
Don’t waste your money on a Shiftcam ShiftGrip if you have an iPhone 16. I’m £70 out of pocket and while Shiftcam are aware of this issue refuse to offer me a refund. Fair enough they have sent me a replacement but the replacement is also failing to connect and they’re expecting me to send video after video of me trying to connect it when they know full well there is an issue with their product.
Customer service staff have been polite but what’s the point in that if they’re ripping people off.
I have been emailing back and forth, sending email after email, video after video since April ! I took the replacement away with me to Norway for a holiday of a lifetime and yet again it failed to connect. I now have 2 useless Shiftgrips that will have to go into landfill.
UPDATE - 29 JUNE 2026
Following the review above ShiftCam made contact with me and have provided me with a complimentary Shift Grip Pro. I’m delighted to say it’s connecting to my iPhone 16 and working like a dream.

Mistake in my order
Shift cam was extremely helpful with my purchase issue. I mistakenly ordered 2 - 240mm lens when I only needed one. I sent a message with my concerns to Shift cam and they fixed the problem for me in a very timely manner. Shift Cam made my buying process easy and fast.

I purchased a ShiftCam 16mm lens and accessories shortly before their transition to the V series lens system. The timing of the product change created compatibility and ecosystem issues that were not clear at the time of purchase.
After reaching out to customer support, they were responsive and did try to help. However, the resolution offered (including a trade-in option and additional discount 15% off the filter mounts = $3.75) did not meaningfully address the issue. In my case, a lens purchased for approximately $120 only 3 weeks prior was valued at about $25 in the trade-in process, which felt like a significant decrease in value over a very short period of time, and it still required a substantial additional purchase to move into the updated system.
I would recommend carefully reviewing current and upcoming system compatibility, if they announce it, before investing further, as changes to the product line can affect how easily existing gear can be expanded or continued within the ecosystem.

Terrible in every way: Customer Service, Product, Function
I made a purchase. The product arrived. I attempted use of the product. It doesn't work. The charging function does not work. The phone doesn't handle the lenses. I'm dissatisfied with the product, entirely. I attempted a return. I've been told that because it was purchased during a sales event, all sales are final. Here's the problem: apparently, there's always a sales event. I wasn't even aware the purchase was subject to a "sales event." So their policy of "all sales final" is frankly garbage. There is no notification that your sale is final at the time of purchase because it occurs during an alleged sales event.
The Progrip's "charging" capability doesn't function. Worse, the lenses (using their case, mind you) don't do anything to enhance photo-taking ability. Additionally, my phone can't "see around" the lens. The product does not work as described, and I do not recommend it at all. This is an expensive, non-functioning item. Don't waste your money.
ADDENDUM: The company's response, below, is silly. They reached out. I worked with them. It's TERRIBLY trying to return products. They put you through the absolute ringer. It's incredible. They make it so difficult to do a return, they're counting on you just forgetting it. I cannot recommend this product of this company.

Purchased a Shiftcam SnapStand Magnetic selfie stick from a physical Apple UK store. Unfortunately it broke, fortunately it was before the 1 year warranty date. Apple told me I had to make the warranty claim direct to Shiftcam. I was apprehensive at first being there was no UK contact number but didn’t have to be as Lester was there for me from start to finish. After sending proof or purchases, some photos of the damage and an explanation of the issue, a warranty replacement item was sent from their HK warehouse which I received in about a week and a half. Very happy they honored their warranty with little fuss and I got the stick in time for my next trip.

The people that work here are very prompt in their replies. Benson and Mara replied quickly and also followed up each day to see the status of the delivery, or when i even lost on of the bluetooth adapters, they gave me options on how to proceed to replace. Very quick to respond and also the product is really nicely put together and we use it every day. I have the snapselfie and the travel kit pro. Bluetooth works great and the snapgrip pro charges well.

Enabled Me To Enter Professional Photography
The Ultra lense 60mm, 16mm and the pro grip have been fantastic for my workflow. Customer service is kind and efficient and I have been making forward motion in the industry using shiftcam products. They have enabled me to enter the professional world of photography and I consistently have both people and ai confusing my mobile work with Leica or medium format cameras. I would recommend anyone who is serious about photography to give Shiftcam a try. 10/10

Rollercoaster of experience but they were responsiv, attentive and helpful all the way to the end.
Long story short i order my things on January and I received just now because they got lost during transport, why 5 stars people would ask then, well it was the courier that misplaced it not them although they chose the courier company, but what really sets them apart was their customer service that was fast to respond and to help make an unpleasant situation better.
They were always there and ready to help until the point a replacement was sent which I received this time on a timely manner.
Products are quite nice work as advertised and certainly would order again if needed.

I purchased the telephoto lens and immediately went to try it out. The Apple camera kept overriding my settings and the new lens didn’t work. As an amateur I sent an email with my problem. I received directions and suggestions for third party software. Most were more complicated for me to be usable. Shiftcam people followed up and suggested two apps that were easy to use and work great. The lens does an awesome job thanks to the people at Shiftcam who made sure it was working well for me.

Great products, great customer service
I have been using the Shiftcam Pro Grip for a bit over a year, and really love it (after having a not-so-good experience with another, unnamed product that was supposed to make my iPhone easier to use as a camera). I've also used the Shiftcam tripod, and find the equipment very well-made and durable, and it does just what it says it will do. What prompted me to write this review, is that I ordered some additional equipment and made a stupid mistake by putting in the wrong model of iPhone, and then I submitted the order. I almost immediately realized I'd ordered the wrong model of case, and reached out to the company for help changing my order to the correct model. I didn't hold out a lot of hope for that request because with other companies I've ended up with one wrong model, then had to order over again to get the right one, but I soon got a message from Sharlyn, their Customer Relations Specialist, and they got my order changed so that I'd receive the correct model without having to re-order. I was very impressed by their customer service, and very relieved that they helped me correct my stupid mistake. I'd highly recommend ShiftCam to anyone who wants to up their photo or video game using their iPhone.

38 days and the goods have not arrived.
After they did not accept my return of the goods,
I placed a new order for another product. The site says that the maximum delivery time is 15 days to Bulgaria. It is currently 26 days and the goods have not arrived yet.
I do not recommend working with this site.
They do not accept returned goods and do not refund money. They lie about the delivery time. I do not see any real assistance from the site or the courier. If the goods do not arrive by the 30th day, I will request a refund. I give the worst rating of 1 to this type of service.
I placed an order on this website, but it has now been 38 days and the item still hasn’t arrived. Communication is very poor – I sent emails and received little to no response or any clear information about my order status. This is completely unacceptable for an online store. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend this website.

I purchased the Shiftcam 10x zoom lens…
I purchased the Shiftcam 10x zoom lens as advertised only to find out it is actually a 2x lens. They calculate the 10x by doubling the zoom on your phone based on an iphone with 5x telephoto. So if you have a 3x telephoto on your phone it will only become 6x with their lens. They are not providing a product as advertised. Sure, you can return it but they charge you a 20% restocking fee and you pay the shipping. There are lenses on the market that actually have the telephoto power as advertised. This is a scam.

Vacation pics made easy with the Shiftcam Progrip
I wanted to share my experience with the Shiftcam Progrip. This is simply a great product. I used it on a recent cruise that took us to San Juan Puerto Rico and Puerto Plata Dominican Republic. At both places we went on guided tours that took us to various historical and scenic places. The tour in San Juan was a 6.5 mile walking tour with a lot of hills. The Progrip made shooting pictures and video effortless with one hand. I could easily switch from landscape to profile for tight shots allowing me to get pictures I could not get by just holding my iPhone the tradition way. Getting the wireless charging to link up was a little tricky but that was minor. Overall this is a fantastic product and I would recommend it highly
