Excellent Service Recovery
It started with my order amendment email which the ShiftCam team promptly replied. However, for unknown reasons, my confirmation on my amended order was not acted upon and delayed 3 days. This will delay the arrival date which was crucial for me. Lester took my case seriously to help with my order, expedite delivery and closely followed up to ensure I received my orders on time. Truly appreciate services from him and the team.
I first supported ShiftCam on Kickstarter back in 2017 for my iPhone 17. The lenses served me well and still usable now on my iPhone 17. Despite continual delay for the final product to arrive, I waited and was not disappointed.
This year, I’ve got the iPhone 16 Pro Max and decided to upgrade my ShiftCam accessories. I backed the Planck project on Kickstarter knowing full well that ShiftCam is reliable(I’ve a professional photographer friend who’s also a ShiftCam fan).
My latest orders arrived on Sunday night. I’m excited to use the ProGrip & lenses bundle on my family vacation in Japan. Planck will be great as I’m planning to take lots of videos.
Grateful to Lester and team for their efforts to ensure my delivery arrived in time. In fact, earlier than expected so that I have sufficient hands on practices before the trip.

Warranty claimed experience is great!
My SnapGrip Pro needs to claim warranty. While I contacted ShitCam Customer Service, Mara(Customer Service Specialist) helped me a lot. They gave us feedback speedy, and I just received my renewal one.
The warranty experience is great, and I would definitely buy the ShiftCam product next time.

Had a problem with my Snapgrip. Wrote to customer services and received an instant reply. They were very helpful and during the process decided that there was a fault and they they would replace my Snapgrip free of charge even though it was out of warranty.
Could not fault them. Excellent service.

This product is legit
This product is legit. I bought the whole pro kit with a phone case for the lenses. Highest quality you’d expect from a top name brand camera manufacturer. Photo shooting with my phone is going to be so much easier and a lot more fun. Can’t wait to get more lenses for the set up.

I had an issue with my ShiftCam…
I had an issue with my ShiftCam bluetooth dropping out and overheating and I was dealing with Lester who was incredible. I've now received a replacement ShiftCam, free of charge, and cannot praise Lester enough for his help and excellent communication.

ShiftCam Comes Through with Wonderful Customer Service
I ordered a number of items from ShiftCam a number of months ago. One of the items was the SnapGrip for my new iPhone 16 Pro. The Bluetooth connection between the two devices could be made, but prior connections were not “saved”, so every time I wanted to use the SnapGrip, I had to connect as if it were new to my phone, which made the device a real pain to use.
I notified ShiftCam support of my problem. They acknowledged that the problem I was experiencing was a known issue. They instructed me to try a few things to get the two devices connected and have the connection “saved”. Their instructions did not work for me, so ShiftCam did the right thing and offered me a replacement device, one that was from a future generation of the SnapGrip with a fix for the issue. It did take a long time (a few months) to get the replacement, but it finally showed up and works as advertised.
So bad on ShiftCam to release a product that had an issue at the core of its very functionality (- 1 star), but very good on ShiftCam for acknowledging the issue and making the customer whole by sending a new unit at no cost (+ 5 stars).
A special thanks to Ariana and Mara on the ShiftCam Customer Relations team. They were wonderfully polite and good natured and they helped to make a bad situation good.

Great service in supplying an updated ShiftCam.
I bought my first ShiftCam two years ago which worled very well when I had an iPhone 15Pro. After changing to a 16Pro it no longer worked. The company was very helpful in explaining how development work would lead to a replacement. This week that replacement arrived and it works just fine. Support has been promt and efficient. Much appreciated.

I too have a iPhone 16….
I too have a iPhone 16….. and the same Bluetooth problems. Shiftcam replaced it ( took a long long time to ship from Hong Kong, I suspect tariffs 😳) but the get A++ rating in response time and product quality. I talked with a news person downtown filming an event with a HUGE camera and tripod and he told me he uses his iPhone with ShiftCam all the time. The big rig was just for looks!

Great Service
First I would like to say that I was not aware my shift cam pro was on back order, when I realized my vacation was three week away, I contacted shift cam about my situation and Nylen e-mailed me right away. He exclaimed the siltation and assured me that it was due to come in the first of September and that he would prioritize the order as soon as it arrived. Low and behold I just received it two days ago. Thank you Nylen and shift cam for your excellent service .

I ordered a new lens and a camera case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Before the order shipped I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and quickly ordered the new case for the iPhone 17 ProMax, assuming that I was not going to be able to change the prior order. Not only did Shiftcam change my order to include the updated case, they helped me cancel the new order. This was all done within 24 hours, and without any hassle.

Terrific customer service from the entire team
Terrific customer service from ShiftCam. There was an unusual issue of Amazon sending me one entire case of product instead of one individual item. Since I’d only paid for one, Amazon told me to keep the other 4, which I thought was screwing ShiftCam out of hundreds of dollars. ShiftCam worked things out with Amazon and then sent me a gift card as thanks for being honest. Not many companies would do this, so I have to believe their handling of issues actually within their control must be just as top rate.
Kind words and good feelings all around. A great company.
