I’ve ordered twice with Shipton Mill and I cannot fault the service. The quality of the flour is fantastic, it’s well packaged and the varieties are endless. Deliveries have resumed back to normal now and my order arrived incredibly fast.

Amazing place, I've ordered organic semolina with the right milling and it arrived well packaged, just in time for some Moroccan meloui!

Excellent company. Ordered from Shipton Mill just before the Coronavirus outbreak and were excellent, as was the organic flour. I have since had more flour delivered and equally as well organised. Would highly recommend.

Ordered from Shipton Mill as nowhere local seemed to have any bread flour available. It was a bit of a hassle getting a delivery slot, but less than going into local supermarkets and finding nothing on the shelves! The flour arrived very securely packed within 48 hours. I got requests from two local friends who are also home bakers, to get the order over £30 to qualify for free delivery. Will definitely use them again.

It was a little difficult getting a delivery slot, but once I had one everything moved very speedily. I’m amazed that they are still taking on new customers and getting orders out so quickly given the current situation - fantastic work and thank you so much for all the great flour, you’re making many of us very happy!

Due to COVID-19 everyone has to change there purchasing expectations!
However, I got a delivery slot far easier than expected! From first trying to get a slot, to the Parcel Force delivery was 10 days,
The flour itself is the finest quality. Only wish the same could be said of my baking!

I really don't know why more companies don't use the 'delivery slot' system in these peculiar times. Yes, it took me a few days to get one, but it must help them pace their output in high demand periods and not be overwhelmed like some companies have been. They will keep my business when I (eventually) need more flour They are stars! Thank you!
To Add... Ive just made my first sourdough with the Malthouse flour...it is so yummy!

I have bought Shipton Mill flour for a number of years now and it is fantastic. I now can't get a delivery slot which is disappointing, presumably they have a lot of new customers due to Corvid and there isn't the product to to go around.

I bought from Shipton Mill many years ago and was very happy with the product. If I remember I got some T55 bread flour for some french baking I was doing.

As my baking changed I was buying flour in my supermarket shop so moved away from buying it online.
Coronavirus has brought back the demand.

A difficult process to get a delivery slot but the shop is very busy so this isn't a criticism. They are trying to supply what they can in challenging times.

I won't forget this. I will use their online shop more in the future. Very happy with my purchase.

Like the previous reviewer I am astonished not to see more reviews here. At an unprecedentedly difficult time Shipton Mill really delivered. There was a small delay but they kept me well informed. The flour is outstandingly good. I bought several bags of their own milled wholemeal spelt, Wholemeal and white which we have used in varying quantities to produce a fabulous loaf. Very nicely packaged, it actually felt like a treat the day the parcel arrived! I will continue to use this company long after the current crisis has passed and couldn’t rate them highly enough, I look forward to trying their other products.

I am amazed that there seem to be no other reviews for this company. In very difficult times for a company supplying flour they are doing an amazing job. I ordered some flour about five weeks ago to check if it would be suitable. I have produced several loaves which have risen well and have an excellent flavour and texture with my mix of 50 50 white to whole meal. Of course there are problems placing an order and they don't have all the varieties in stock but try going anywhere else and you will find no whole meal flour.
