My wife has extremely swollen feet
My wife has extremely swollen feet, so much so we're finding it difficult to get shoes for her. We ordered extra wide shoes that came within a few days. We received an initial email saying there would be a slight delay but we were informed throughout. The shoes were of very good quality but unfortunately they still did not fit (our fault) and so had to be returned.

Red shoes
It’s only my opinion but I think every woman needs at least one pair of red shoes. These sandals are good, comfortable sandals for the heat - and red. What’s not to like? I have had double bunion surgery and I admit that I still walk like a penguin. But my feet are comfy and cool in these. And they look - good. Not too old-lady-ish. Get some polish on your toes, woman. Stride!

Relief!
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for about five years. I have done physical therapy, scraping, night splints, orthotics, and surgery as well as buying expensive shoes.
The few minutes in the store, your service, and the Joya shoes have helped tremendously! Thank you!

Your very friendly staff from the minute I walked into your shop & Amanda the lady I had an appointment with is a gem worth her weight in gold,such a pleasant helpful lady,nothing was too much trouble for her .When I am able to get my first purchase of the shoes she recommended, I will be back for sure.

Product took over two weeks to arrive. Then being unsuitable having to pay a fortune to return them.

Looking at your order history:
From point of order (10th July) to delivery (18th July) the item took 8 days to arrive, deliveries were attempted by Royal Mail three times until a delivery request was received by you on 17th July 2026.
Regarding returns postage, as a small independent business we are unable to cover the cost of dispatch and returns. As you have highlighted postage is expensive and if customers want us to offer free returns as-well as free delivery we would need to reconsider the cost of the items being purchased.
We believe it is fair for us to cover dispatch and to ask customers to cover returns.
