Looking at your order history:
From point of order (10th July) to delivery (18th July) the item took 8 days to arrive, deliveries were attempted by Royal Mail three times until a delivery request was received by you on 17th July 2026.
Regarding returns postage, as a small independent business we are unable to cover the cost of dispatch and returns. As you have highlighted postage is expensive and if customers want us to offer free returns as-well as free delivery we would need to reconsider the cost of the items being purchased.
We believe it is fair for us to cover dispatch and to ask customers to cover returns.

Deliveries are speedy and…
Deliveries are speedy and well-packaged. Requested refund made speedily on receipt of parcel. However the smaller size I ordered (on receipt of first delivery) was marked as 'in stock'. It wasn't, but ShoeMed notified me and made refund promptly. 2 issues: does stock labelling need better automation and coordination with online ordering? Could ShoeMed consider not taking payment until item is dispatched?

Slightly disappointed the image was different to the actual shoes due to the little Swiss 🇨🇭 flag missing from the clogs.
Overall a good purchase.

At Last Footwear to suit.
Finally after months of searching I have found footwear to suit. I asked a couple of questions on the chat. the first being which one would, got an almost immediate response and those are the ones I bought and they are amazing. I did ask a further question about the soles but didn't get the response I was looking for so I googled it and got my answer. But overall you were very helpful. Thank you

Attempt to purchase comfortable footwear
Found Sharon v friendly and helpful. Only problem is pink trainers I chose weren’t quite wide enough trainer dies not come in a wider fitting. Alternative Sharon sold me was too heavy for my multiple problems so had a refund.
