It’s not the best but ok
It’s a ok just no way to ask questions it’s just an automated process, that in many ways relies on the person paying fir the service to check and follow up with the GP.

Excellent Service. ShootCert application was easy to submit and their communication and updates throughout the process was outstanding. The whole process took less than 2 weeks and I was able to forward medical info to Police well ahead of deadline. Far quicker than trying to do it personally. Highly recommended, thank you.

Shootcert responded quickly to all comms, helped me when my GPs took over 2 months to even acknowledge receipt and action SAR request.
