Good communication and Fast turnaround once they received history
Used shootcert to get my medical for my shotgun certificate, good communication and always kept me updated, found the correct email for my GP as I entered an outdated one.
GP took nearly two months to send my medial history over to shootcert. But once they received them I was updated and less than 8 hours later I received my completed medical…. Can’t fault their service and will use them again when I renew

Coterminous renewal
I applied to renew my coterminous certificate in October `24. When my local GP refused to assist I turned to ShootCert. It took 5 weeks to obtain my medical records, with ShootCert sending regular reminders. When they eventually received them their doctor processed the paperwork within 24hrs. This enabled me to complete the renewal forms. Although the whole process has taken 11 months
I am convinced that without their excellent assistance I would not have been able to renew my certificate. I would highly recommend them.

Quick & processional
Once Shootcert gained access to my medical files the report was produced in very very good time.
Any email sent was always answered quickly and they kept me up to date re the delay from my Surgery, they also chased them.
I would recommend this company without question now I’ve experienced how they operate.

My doctor would not complete medial renewal
Had my doctor on phoning say they no longer complete the medical history for the renewing of Firearms Licence, found ShootCert online and contacted them by their online form. The process was effortless and had great contact from ShootCert, very impressed with their customer service and contact. This in my view is very rare in our current times.
