The rug that I purchased was of a great design, was reasonably priced, and the delivery time was satisfactory to me. I will check with Carpet & Tile Mart again for future rug purchases.

Gosh where to start. Tracy helped us at the 5th street location. The initial store visit was great. We agreed to have our floor measured for $50. The female (name?) came late, made excuse she could not log into the software and said I have a 8am appt, I’ll come back tonight. Came back took over 2 hours and missed one bathroom. Also found out later the landing between steps is hardwood flooring and she entered the info for carpet. (Could you image walking into a bylevel on carpet?).
Tracy struggled to explain the details of the quote which caused some errors not picked up until day of install. Tracy was very nice just needs more training on how to explain the quote and take that part more seriously. We had 2 installers. 1 for hard wood and 1 for carpet. Hardwood installer came late. 2 young boys and did not leave until 8:30pm. Did not finish the job (forgot a tool), then wanted me to sign off on the job being complete. I said no cause it’s not complete. Owner got on the phone and said he would be back tomorrow. Tried to get me to sign. I said no!! Next day carpet installers came. They were awesome. Still did not leave until 9pm. Crazy! But we really liked them. I called carpetmart around 4 pm to find out when the other installer is coming back and they knew nothing about it. They called the installer and he lied and said he did not say he would come back today. !!!! We waited a week to get them back to complete the job! Carpetmart employees ordered wrong crown molding then ordered another wrong piece. The store manager is not nice or helpful but the supervisor was amazing and the man behind the corner was amazing too. The cost was competitive and the floors look great.

This carpet looks nice, but the quality is beyond abysmal. We are ripping it out tomorrow and replacing it. You are better off with an exposed subfloor than this.

The company offers a 10% discount at checkout but there wasn’t any discount at checkout. Was that fake or phony or desperate business?

Shows a different color rug on the web pictures but it is for sure the Loloi natural/ivory heritage rug. I wrote in bold caps to make sure I get sent the right one and even called to verify they know about the discrepancy online. What is written is what they will send you, that's what matters. Bought the 6x9 and they shipped it within a week, arrived in perfect condition. Such a beautiful, beautiful rug in person!!! Website colors don't do this rug justice. The natural/ivory rug works perfectly with my room especially when the sun is up. I couldn't be happier. Bought a 3x5 from a different website and there's no details in that one, you have to go bigger to really get a nice rug design.

The rug was exactly what I wanted and it arrived quickly. Delivery was professional and the rug well protected. I saved $300 compared to the same retail pricing in a store. Very happy and will use this site again.

ON Time. They cut the pad to the exact length I needed. Pleased with the service.

Somehow they managed to get my rug to me in a timely fashion, despite the trip from NY to TX during the Arctic Blast!
Arrived tightly sealed in plastic and there were no folds or creases.
I got an ivory shag that is plush, but low enough that the door opens.
I am very happy with quality and service and will use them for my next rug!
