Carpet & Tile Mart Reviews

Received item on time and in great condition
Thanks!

The company offers a 10% discount at checkout but there wasn’t any discount at checkout. Was that fake or phony or desperate business?

Shows a different color rug on the web pictures but it is for sure the Loloi natural/ivory heritage rug. I wrote in bold caps to make sure I get sent the right one and even called to verify they know about the discrepancy online. What is written is what they will send you, that's what matters. Bought the 6x9 and they shipped it within a week, arrived in perfect condition. Such a beautiful, beautiful rug in person!!! Website colors don't do this rug justice. The natural/ivory rug works perfectly with my room especially when the sun is up. I couldn't be happier. Bought a 3x5 from a different website and there's no details in that one, you have to go bigger to really get a nice rug design.

Ordering was easy shipping was fast will do business with them again. Love the rug

The rug was exactly what I wanted and it arrived quickly. Delivery was professional and the rug well protected. I saved $300 compared to the same retail pricing in a store. Very happy and will use this site again.

Extremely helpful and pleasant working with the sale agent. Love our new area carpet.

Great selection of rugs. Prices were unmatched and cheaper than any other store, and ordering/shipping was quick and easy.

The tile came the next day. They price matched and saved me tons of money. Customer Service was very nice when placing the order. I highly recommend!

Love the product just need better communication on shipping and ETA.

Excellent customer service!

Very good customer service.
Fast delivery and reasonable delivery charge.

Website said item was in stock on February 9 and did not ship until February 23rd.

Great company for my carpet order and delivery. Will definitely recommend Carpet Mart for others too experience.

ON Time. They cut the pad to the exact length I needed. Pleased with the service.

Somehow they managed to get my rug to me in a timely fashion, despite the trip from NY to TX during the Arctic Blast!
Arrived tightly sealed in plastic and there were no folds or creases.
I got an ivory shag that is plush, but low enough that the door opens.
I am very happy with quality and service and will use them for my next rug!

Received fantastic support from Carpet Mart. A special shout out to Angie. She was wonderful in assisting me with my order. Highly recommend Carpet Mart for your flooring needs.

Ordered some patterned tile which was shipped to me by LTL. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Packaging was very good and only had 3 tiles out of over 700 sq ft broken which is extremely good considering it shipped over a 1000 miles to my location. Tile was in good shape and very nice. Looking forward to installing.

This company is really awesome. They have deeper discounts than most online sites. When I called to speak with them, I actually was able to speak to someone that spoke English and was from the states. Love my carpet!!!! Can’t wait until it arrives.
