As I find memory foam quit uncomfortable when I turn over and face the other way, since the dent is the wrong shape! I had been looking for a good quality, memory foam free, mattress for quit a while.
This Silent Night matress is so comfortable whichever way I face to sleep.
Also, it doesn't weigh a ton so I'm able to turn it round and tuck the sheets in with ease!
The electric blanket that came with it was another bonus, thank you Silent Night 😴

I purchased a divan and mattress with four draws. All four draws are poorly constructed. Completely useless. The draws cannot be used and board clued are useless. The customer service are terrible in giving assistance. I just requested the draw to be replaced. No help. I am very surprised the CEO for silentnight is operating there service in this manner.

Quality product, and quick delivery.

Great product as expected from previous purchases. Dropped a star as their chosen delivery company took forever to deliver items. Much longer than the 2-3 business days advised on the Silentnight checkout. That was a big let down. Follow up not great and tracking no use whatsoever. Almost rated only 3 stars but waited to write review so I was not so frustrated by that experience.

I needed a new low tog duvet, the last one had lost all the filling due to me buying it from a certain online 'cheap' website. My new duvet, bought from Silentnight, is so light, so silky and, surprisingly so cool. I cannot stand the heat so was expecting to be throwing this off every few minutes but I felt quite comfortable. When I need another new duvet I know where I will buy it from in future - and at a very reasonable price.

Terrible delivery services. Damaged a picture on the wall which fell and smashed and damaged my wall. Have submitted a complaint

My niece purchased a mattress from Silentnight. Unfortunately the mattress failed quite quickly, forcing a replacement to be required.
Silentnight arranged for delivery of the replacement. However, this is where the nightmare began.
3 x very large men arrived whilst my niece was on her own with a 6 month old baby. They were very intimidating to my niece who felt very scared and had to protect her child. One person went into her back garden, almost like looking for stuff to steal. They also spoke in a foreign language so she did not know what they were saying.
Whilst 0ne man stayed downstairs being quite intimidating by being quite aggressive asking questions etc, the 2 others went through her drawers/cupboards and stole over £1000 that she was saving for bikes for her children. Fortunately the 5 year old girl was at school whilst this happened.
My niece contacted Silentnight as she was so distressed and advised them what happened. They took absolutely no responsibility as they said they outsourced the deliveries. They did not even apologise the experience of being intimidated by 3 large men on a lone woman with a baby, plus the actual theft which would have not have been possible should the product have not failed. My niece did try to resolve with the delivery company, but they were not interested and said they didn’t work there anymore.
HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN!!!! Silentnight pride themselves as a SUPERBRAND. THEN WHERE IS THIS BRAND WHEN THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN. I AN ABSOLUTELY APPAULED BY THEIR ATTITUDE AND LACK OF EMPATHY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
My niece lost over a thousand pounds, as well as the intimidation. She is now so scared of taking parcels, she will not arrange for deliveries on her own.
SILENTNIGHT - PROVE THAT YOU ARE A SUPERBRAND AND TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAS HAPPENED. ULTIMATELY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AS HER CONTRACT WAS WITH YOU. MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO A CUSTOMER!!!!
I have provided further information in terms of a complaint number and within that you have a police crime number. Rather than make it easy for me to get information to you as you only have 3 days, the system makes it easy for you to take reviews off trustpilot. You did not fully resolve this issue, so please can you now make it right!!!

The Mattress is perfect, however the delivery team were the issue. There was a man and woman, and the way she was spoken to was not pleasant. In addition whilst taking upstairs they then have left black marks all over the walls which I will now have to repaint. Finally they also broke a window blind. Really disappointed by this.

*update 11.6.26. Following the reply from Silent night expressing your concern, I am still to hear from your CX team as you stated. So your reply was just a tickbox, to show others you care, when actually you clearly don’t. I’m sharing my experience as a result on social media, and will never purchase a Silent Night product again, having purchased 3 mattresses from you previously. Shocking company

There was no proactive communication whatsoever from SilentNight or Evri about the dispatch or delivery of my mattress topper. Really frustrating! However, when I called SilentNight, I was assisted by someone called Jolie in the Mattress team, even though a mattress topper should come under the (uncontactable) Bedding team. She went out of her way to find out what was going on and get back to me with tracking details.
Ultimately, good product and excellent customer service but awful delivery service.
