whole buying process was stressfull,
whole buying process was stressfull,
they are using the cheapest Yodel/InPost service, what always fails to deliver, the parcel was not found yet, as by the tracking 'we are unable to find your location' was the last message from courier company a week ago!
I've raised this with Tefal customer service in written, but there was no response now for more than 2 days.
Very disapointed, go and get anythning from ebay instead.
There was zero response from Yodel or InPost, as thyir response below say something else, what is not true. I had to inquiry by myself, chat with their AI, what was not helpfull at all. Where the .. is my parcel, and I had to follow up again and again, as there was ZERO communication from the courier company nor Tefal as sender. Not a call, nor an email. at all.

Absolutely awful! Tefal is not like what it used to be back in the day. I recently brought a steamer , the whole thing leaks, so I had to arrange and return….. no one showed up!!! Awful customer service DO NOT BUY!

AeroSteam clothes steamer
Steamer - Very disappointed! I wanted it for the suction thinking it would make steaming alot easier and quicker. I was soo wrong, it takes too long, defeating getting a steamer to save time instead of getting ironing board and iron out. Steam a childs tshirt and have to fill the water back up and no indication the water is running out until you realise there's no steam. The noise of it sounds like a generator. The suction is not good and causes more creases. No continuous steam lock have to keep finger on the trigger. The weight of it is like doing a dumbell exercise. Alot of money gone to waste. It's not fit for purpose. My cheap Russell Hobbs is way better.
