Very easy to order from the website and quick and very well packaged delivery. I ordered the block of knives with the built in knife sharpener and have to say they are excellent, they glide through anything I've tried to cut and feel nice to hold in your hand, just the right weight and shape to hold. I would certainly buy these again. They were on off for £99 and more than happy with this price.

Ordered the cordless iron and it arrived in a battered taped up box. when I took the iron out water dripped out of it as if it had been used and when I switched it on the flashing light came on but went straight off again and it never heated up. Appeared as if it had been bought and returned as damaged. Very disappointing.

Dreadful customer service and not next day delivery
I placed an order for a steam generator iron via the website which promised next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. The item did not arrive the next day, in fact it hadn’t even been collected by the courier. I raised the issue via the online form on the website and did not receive a response until two days later which was generic and didn’t look into the issue at all. I called the customer service on two separate occasions and the staff I spoke to were not helpful and just fed information from a screen “your order is waiting to be collected. I can’t tell you anything more”. No apology, no offer to look into what has gone wrong. In the end I received the item two days late. The product itself is good but the customer service was dreadful so sadly I would not buy from them again. I needed this item urgently and because of the promise of next day delivery that’s why I ordered from them. They failed on this and quite frankly couldn’t care less. I did raise a complaint through their website - the response I received was “we will try better next time”. There will not be a next time from me.

Majestuo kettle and toaster
I ordered a kettle and a toaster -both majestuo. Toaster came broken-toast wouldn’t stay down as if the lever was broken. Kettle would heat up to 90 degrees, switch itself off, heat up to 100 and then automatically go into heating mode. Manual said that was normal. I didn’t like it. Automatic heating mode can be switched off by pressing stop, but if you don’t stand by the kettle to press stop, it will continue heating for 30 mins. This would put a lot of £s on electricity bills so I had to return it.
To return it I had to call Tefal and arrange a return. They did do it quickly and I had a refund so can’t fault the customer service, but the products were not satisfactory.
