The product is great
The product is great! I'm so pleased I went for this model as it does everything it promised - clean floors, self-drying so no more smelly mops hanging around, and it takes up hardly any floor space.
Getting it was a bit of a trial, though it was only 2 days later than the original delivery day.
For some reason my house number had been missed off the delivery instructions, and I also missed a call from the driver who was on his way. I got a message to say the delivery company In-Post, used to be Yodel) had reported to Tefal that they couldn't deliver, and I should contact Tefal, which was easier said than done! My email got no response so I added my house number to my account and tried to contact In-Post, which I eventually did via the chat bot, who informed me that non-deliverable parcels would automatically go to my nearest locker, and to wait for an email or message to tell me where to collect the cleaner from. Fortunately I have transport otherwise this could have been a problem!
Anyway, the email or message never arrived, but the courier did, with my fabulous machine.
It wasn't the delay that bothered me, but the lack of response from both companies when I tried to sort things out. And it would have been great if someone had noticed when sending the product out that there was no house number. I know it was there at the ordering stage, and would have been required for the payment information.

Does not disappoint.
This is my second Tefal cordless iron. It replaces my old one, still going after many years of service. I took advantage of the special offer.
I would not go back to corded iron. The advantage of this iron is the angled base, it's much better than the kettle type base as these don't easily release the iron. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend

Pro Express Eco steam generator iron
Ordered a new Tefal steam generator iron as mine had given up! Literally came the next day so excellent delivery time! Iron is great as expected I always buy tefal this is my third one and I’m not disappointed! I ordered the Pro express eco and have used it on the eco setting all the while it is excellent and not as heavy as my last!
