Was thinking about ordering this product until I read the reviews..I wouldn't order nothing from you scamming LOWLIFE scambag. They reviews is literally HORRIBLE!! I always read reviews before ordering! One site got me before but never will happen again

I had a great experience with customer service today. For some reason, my order didn't make it to me but said it had been delivered. I was working with their Operations Manager and she got me squared right away and resent my order out. I cannot wait to try out their product! Thank you Shopnatic!

The leather repair gel product has exceeded my expectations. I considered getting rid of the leather couch, but it was like an entire makeover in an instant. I also appreciate the fact that I can contact customer service at any time and receive assistance. My package is easily trackable. Well done!

I’ve waited over a year for my iPhone wireless charger. They say it has been resent, never got it and now have blocked me😤

I would give a zero rating.
Paint never arrived, they promised a refund, but then ignored my emails.
Do not buy from this company, they are liars.

Shopnatic offers great range of deals on the products and then order online, superb prices and along with secure and fast delivery. Definitely an online shopping store worth trying.

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. 1. Apparently shopnatic does not have any of the products it sells. When you place an order with them, they order it from China. My "leather creams" were mailed directly from China to me. 2. There was a tricky way to order from "the cart" . It offered a discount on your NEXT purchase but if you pushed the button that you wanted that, your NEXT order was right now; giving me twice what I wanted. There was no choice of what I wanted for the second tube; I got black. 3. Three minutes or less was too late to correct anything. 4. Correcting things had to be done by email request but "****************" did not correct anything. 5. When the product arrived, there were no instruction. I am reluctant to smear something "permanent" on my leather interior not knowing how to work with it, how to clean off excess,etc. Water soluble? Spirits? Nail polish remover? 6. I wrote to their **************** after receipt of the product asking how we could resolve this or should I just give them a bad review on line? No response..here I am giving that bad review. ******* ********

Do what i'm doing do a charge back on your credit cards. Yes this is a scam i'm going to do a charge back on my credit card and get my money back what I got was 1 small tube of brown gel nothing like the crimson I was promised.

Surprisingly worked great! I saw some other reviews so was worried, but tried it, got the shipment fast and worked great for a bunch of scratches in my car.

Absolute scam. The leather sofa cleaner never arrived and this company is still advertising their products. It's been 4 months since I paid them. Do not buy as your money will go to waste.

When the leather repair cream arrived it is USELESS. It makes no difference at all once there is any wear and it is a pale green colour, not the dark green advertised.

If I could give this company a minus rating, I would. As other reviewers state,’ a total scam.’ I ordered two leather renew kits in September at a cost of £30 and have not received anything from them at all. Keep away and do not order from them!

This so called company is a disgrace I purchased leather repair kit in September and I haven't recieved it yet I tried contacting them by email but they have it blocked so there is no way to contact them stay away from them keep your money !!

Total scam company. 3 Months after ordering leather repair kit, never arrived. Left bad review and they made contact, sled me to delete review and resent 'shipment' email. All fake. Bad Review now staying for all to see. Managed to recover money spent via credit card claim back thankfully.

BEWARE! If I could give a Minus Zero rating I would. This is a scam company. Ordered leather repair kit beginning October 2021, it’s now December 2021and they say it has been delivered. NZ Post said the tracking number is invalid. No response from them. Very disappointed! Paid extra for a speedy delivery within 7 days! What a joke! Do not use them!! Sheryl Anderson, Auckland, NZ.

Definitely scammers. I ordered & paid for leather repair kit in March. I have contacted them numerous times and still no product, no proper response and no refund

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The only time I let my guard down and didn't pay with PayPal or read customer reviews. Ordered in February and still no replies or order and its November!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!
Do not be fooled by the ever so convincing emails you'll receive when you query an order and take no notice at all of the fake tracking details you'll be given !
Just check all the other reviews by similarly ripped off customers and spend your hard earned elsewhere.
