If zero stars was an option that’s what shopnatic would get. Product was charged to my MasterCard and never received. No answer to where my product is. They don’t answer emails, their links are just a run around. Is there even a product ? Currently working with the MasterCard fraud department to rectify the charges.

I purchased two of the gel leather…
I purchased two of the gel leather repair in April but have never received them like everybody else here it seems. I have had numerous email telling me that they have sent it again but when still nothing turned up I asked for a refund. This of course was not forthcoming and the last email I had from the. I was accused of being a thief and did I just want more samples!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY ....ALTHOUGH SCUM WOULD BE A BETTER DESCRIPTION!

I gave these scammers my business during covid. They took my hard earned money and I never heard from them again. I even recommended others to purchase this product. It’s such a shame they can’t just send us some goo. Give me my money back broke boys!

They are a scam, ordered leather repair gel three months ago, no response for ten emails l sent after it never came, then my last email l said 'refund my money now please' and their reply : "how about bit later ?:-)"
They're literally joking about stealing your money! Scam is run by con artists - avoid please

Having contacted them many times, we were told it had been delayed and have now given up and demanded a refund, but not getting any response except for an automated email, the same one we have received on every occasion.

Order update - I am awaiting a FULL refund from the company only time will tell just how quickly and smoothly that goes - I will update and inform you of the outcome soon.
Well surprise surprise No Refund they want me to remove the post BEFORE they give me a refund - then they informed trustpilot I was a rouge review and never made a purchase- we UNLUCKY CHUCKY cos I had emailed order proof AND payment details which I forwarded on to trustpilot
AVOID AT ALL COST BUNCH OF SCAMMERS selling inferior cheap nasty products buy your goods ELSEWHERE good folkes !
